My case took a while but we got a result in the end. Very communicative and stated what to expect. it took quite a bit of work to get everything to them but really pleased with the result. Wish I'd of contacted these guys sooner.

A great service
A great service, easy and very straightforward, amazing work done by the team that helped resolve my distressful situation with flooding and many other long term unresolved repairs in my home. Including damp and mould. Veritas are respectful and methodical and I knew what was going on all the time. I am so pleased with the assistance I got and since then my house is becoming a home. Do not use them I started a claim…
Do not use them I started a claim against my landlord because if damp in my property due to repair not being done in my home amd the outside the facia boards being loose and causing the damp and mould also had a old boiler that no longer made parts for and were supposed to change as it was in the living room I had a surveyor come and do an inspection and noted a my issues and wrote a report. Veritas Solicitors then wrote me saying it was not worth them taking my claim so I thought that was done, almost one years later I had a letter saying they were going to continue with my claim and so I did exactly what they asked me to do. I tried to ketp my gile handeler updated on how the repairs were going and to i could never get a reply or speak with as she was always busy on another call and will call back wich dhe never did only hearing from her when she wanted pictures or ask me to chase up repairs.
we came to the end of the claim, and they told me it's no win, no fee, and all cost are covered by the other party. Well, I get a £1000 of which I thought was low but I accept to them get told I will receive £400 my file handler gets paid from my compensation
