The company is fantastic they help and resolved alm my issues it recored time. Hana my adviser/ the one what had my case was amazing her custmor service skills are just amazing. Amina herself is very professional but also a very calming voice in what is a very stressful situation which I appreciated.
The process outside of the experts evaluations- which can be emotional as expected, was relatively stressfree all the beer a long process, but I think it was particular to this situation.

I am not happy at all. My claim ended up to be unsuccessful because of Veritas. Was too full to trust Iestyn Davies. Like someone said before, they work with NHS. Please don’t trust them as they can’t handle medical negligence claims. Veritas team made the complain to a different hospital when I clearly confirmed which hospital the complaint should go to. Waited until my limitation period ended up and gave me a short notice. They have not included the medical letter that could make my claim successful. Very disappointing

I called veritas solicitors last year for help with my housing situation i had been waiting years for my housing trust to come and fix my bathroom
I had a leaking toilet chunks of my wall kept falling out i had orange plaster residue seeping out my wall tiles and a floor that was so bad and wonky with nails poking through but not enough that they could have been pulled out for my safety.
But after contacting veritas solicitors I had all the work completed in a short time and they had my back the whole time and I also got a bit of compensation which was a bonus as my only intention was to get the works done ASAP.
I recommend these solicitors they are so friendly and helpful and it was an absolute pleasure working with them they always kept me informed about what was going on and they took time to listen to me and was there anytime I needed advice or help
