I have tried to contact your company about a housing disrepair claim it was passed on to Veritas last December and we have heard nothing!! A return email would have been just a decent thing to do. We do not know who is dealing with our claim or if it's been sorted

Avoid - poor service regarding diesel claim
Started the diesel claim in early 2022, was predicted a 6-9 month timeframe for the outcome and it has still not actioned or have I received any compensation for either claim. I have had 3 emails within 5 days asking me to sign a “Consent to transfer” document, which is really making me feel stressed. I previously called to ask if I can cancel the claim (so I could go elsewhere) and they advised me that I could not as I was tied in. I am very unhappy and no longer wish to continue the claim as a result of the poor service.

I am shocked to read the negative reviews, My experience has been brilliant from beginning to end. Constantly kept in the loop with my claim, communication has been fantastic from the start never struggled to contact my file handler. Veritas managed to achieve an outcome I never seen happening. Very disappointing
I was contacted two to three years ago by Veritas solicitors and assured, due to the number of cars I had bought on pcp over the years, that I could expect a decent sum of money. I agree with other dissatisfied customers that communication has been very poor and the claim has dragged on for years. This has left me feeling concerned about my claim and Veritas’ ability handle it. This week, I have also been asked to sign a document which they claim will

poor service PCP car finance
Agree with previous review regarding car claim for miss sold PCP. Very poor communication, not outcome yet several years down the line. Have now been asked to sign consent for case to be transferred to another firm. I wish I could withdraw from the agreement.
From the reviews clearly the firm work well with regards to housing claims shame same can not be said for car issues.

Embarrassment to the legal profession
I was persuaded that I was missold car finance in January 2021 and was promised a pay out of a four figure sum. Here we are still in August 2024!
The company is appalling with their communication blaming change of legislation, different tactics they are going to use and again promising the world. If I could take this to another company believe me I would. How many phone calls have I received…. NONE!!!
This company is a disgrace to the legal profession and in my experience the epitome of how bad you can get treated from the legal services
