Johnny was very helpful and amended what we were hoping for
4 working days, still no money
Now the 4th day of expecting funds to have been withdrawn without any form of communication. I've paid £15 for the privilege of a 1 to 2 business day turnaround.
I have serious concerns about this service.

Money now received, amazing what a trust pilot review will do.
My advice to anyone considering using this site is to not.

We’ve been using Viing for quite a while now and have consistently seen improvements over time. It’s an excellent platform with great features, and the customer support is always responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.
I really love the concept of Viing...but
I really love the concept of Viing — it’s a wonderful idea for sending meaningful, heartfelt messages to someone special, and when everything works, the experience feels unique and thoughtful.
However, the platform’s withdrawal reliability and support responsiveness have been ongoing issues for me:
NatWest withdrawals don’t work
For some reason, I can’t withdraw funds to my NatWest account, even though other banks seem to work fine. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but nobody has been able to resolve the issue.
Very slow customer support
Responses are extremely slow — usually only after sending a second or even third reminder. This makes resolving issues quite frustrating. I have emailed both hi @ viing.co.uk and team @ viing.com, but still no improvement in response time.
Recent withdrawal issue
In my latest case, the contribution for an ex‑colleague was sent immediately without requesting his bank details, which is very different from my previous experiences. I have contacted support about this and am still waiting for an explanation.
One of my dashboards has disappeared
One of the dashboards I regularly use has suddenly disappeared from my Viing account, and I have no idea why it no longer shows up. I’m not sure if I clicked something wrong or if this is another system glitch. This makes tracking contributions difficult and adds more uncertainty.

Initially, I encountered a problem while trying to access the voucher since the original link wouldn't open. Fortunately, Johnny answered all my inquiries and provided a new link, which seems to work now. PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAILS
PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAILS. I have been trying to get in touch for the past few weeks, and after 2 unhelpful responses, you've ignored me. I have sent the potluck to my friend, and when she redeemed it, the money did not go to her. Instead, it says 'failed to withdraw.' The potluck is at 0, and I haven't gotten the money back either. Where has the money gone if not to my friend or back to me and certainly not on the website??!
Edit because I was informed I had to or my review would get deleted: My reference for this service is VG-3q0P3. After a total of 8 emails I have sent out on both emails they have listed as their customer service emails, I’ve been ignored until I posted this review here. Only after that and an additional email to them requesting help once again did they reply. When they did reply, they claimed that my friend already claimed the money. HOWEVER, they took that back and then said they sent out a refund because they suspected my friend (the recipient of the gviing) of fraud. Without telling either of us. Horrible lack of transparency and egregious communication (or rather, lack thereof) with the customer. The issue was resolved in the end, a month after the viing occasion ended. Please improve on your customer service and communication in order to maintain trust in your services.

Quick response and problem resolved very quickly
I had a problem with my Occasion, and I emailed Viing for help. I received an email back from 'J' with a solution to my problem. He was able to resolve it very quickly.

Great Service & Support
I've used Viing on and off for a number of years and I have always found the platform and the support to be excellent.
This time, I've had a couple of questions relating to my account and Johnny has been really helpful and responsive. I can't fault the customer support team.
I think it's a great platform for collections, particularly when you have colleagues across different countries and currencies.
No complaints from me!

Outstanding experience from Team Viing
Got the most amazing customer experience from Johnny after a contributor had a moment and wrote her comments for the wrong person. We were able to get it sorted in minutes and let her relax.
Poking yourself in the eye makes more sense than using Viing.
Unless you like driving yourself mad and wasting your own time, do not use this site. Cumbersome and convoluted to use. Have to give your details to do anything. Bought a voucher with my balance. 20 hours later and still not there. The product I wanted to spend voucher on has now gone.

Quick issue resolution
Avoid .. terrible experience
I had a typo in my email address and could not access my account online, granted this was my fault but also an easy mistake. I contacted customer service who said they would rectify it and it hasn't been resolved and my emails and messages on Instagram are now being ignored. The account still have the collection fund of over £150 that I cannot access. Avoid!!!!

The website is difficult to use
The website is difficult to use. Buying a card was virtually impossible and I gave up in the end. If I had bought one, it would have taken minimum 3 days to get to the recipient. I bought an M&S E voucher as the gift. It took over 24 hours to receive it even though it was an e-voucher. (it came after the event). There are much better services to use than this. I do not recommend.
