I had an issue in claiming the voucher as the initial link did not let me open it.
Johnny respond to all my questions and sent a new link that I think will now open when use it. Thank you very much my ex colleagues will be happy that I can now use the leaving gift they all contributed to

Good Product....Bad Customer Support
I’d heard good things about this company but their customer support is woeful as it’s been several days since I’ve tried to contact them via email and I’ve had no response. We had money donated from friends for our event and now all donated money is in limbo and cannot be retrieved. We can’t even see how much has been donated in order to thank people which is making us look like bad hosts (we haven’t yet worked up the courage to tell them their money is in fact totally inaccessible full stop). I am getting seriously concerned and since I’ve had absolutely zero reply I’m considering escalating to this to the appropriate financial authorit. I’ve also tried to reach out on Instagram and X, and my partner has also unsuccessfully attempted to reach out also.

Viing provides a great platform and the team supporting it is fantastic. They answered all of my colleagues random questions when she was setting up a collection recently and when I managed to mess up my account they responded super quickly to fix it and make sure I could access the gift I had received!

This company are just brilliant for their collection pots for any occasion. It is great you can ask colleagues internationally to contribute not just the UK and it's such a simple system to use. Once you collection pot has ended it is quick and efficient to collect the pot to use how you would like to with gifts or transferring the pot to the person. I highly recommend this service and have used it many times.

Amazing company. So easy to use and allows people from far and wide to contribute to gifts and sign cards. Lots of options for different occasions like births, weddings, birthdays etc. What's even more impressive is the customer service support which is outstanding. Would definately recommend and use again.

I had to withdraw the money through Revolut which took some time / demanded some technical knowledge. But besides that - great! (Hope you let us add Swedish bank accounts in the future)
AVOID Viing. A lot of hassle and everything has a charge
I was recommended to use Viing for a colleague's leaving collection as another colleague had used it with no trouble. First of all, there was some option activated in my collection to accept international payments, which I knew nothing about and this put other restrictions on the collection! They take too long to answer emails and this is the only way to make contact with them. No instant chat feature and no phone number! The pricing is not clear at all up front. It makes it look like it's all free apart from if you want to transfer the cash then there's a 5% fee which is also a rip off! Due to the international payment option being activated (which I was unaware of) I also discovered that the collection cannot be sent to the recipient with a link so that they can choose their own voucher, the person who set up the collection has to choose it for them! How do I know what they would like to spend their money on! Terrible idea! Once the pot had closed it took me a week to get it sorted. They (Johnny) takes ages to answer emails and I had to keep chasing them. I then discovered that the Viing Digital board has a £4 charge! This is pretty disgusting considering it's online and there is no paper or postage involved! If I wanted to send a physical card, they start from £2! Makes no sense at all!. I ended up screen shotting all the messages and putting them in a word doc and emailing them to the recipient myself! I then couldn't even find a way for her to have a look to tell me what voucher she wanted so I had to email again and they sent me a full list and I had to email it to her to choose. She ended up deciding that she would rather have the money but this means she lost money due to the 5% charge! All this took the joy out of the gift and was very stressful and time consuming for me!
Overall terrible experience and I will definitely not be using again. There are much better online collection services available out there. I won't be a returning customer.

Customer service was great when I needed to update my email address due to no longer having access to my previous work email. The agent made it really quick and simple process.
Exceptional Customer Service
Having received a message board from Viing, I made contact with a request. The response I received was very positive even though my request was not usual. Very quickly, Viing (Johnny) found and provided me with a first class solution. Excellent customer service such as this is a rarity these days.
Bank transfer took 5% of the funds
Everything went well until bank transfer time when they took 5% of the funds. There should be a maximum but seemingly not.
