The service attitude is so bad that I was scammed for 50$.
Malicious restriction of account functions and deception of people

Giant Scam Company&Stealer Company, I used this company's VPS over 2 years, currently when I bought a flash sale VPS, haven't used it for a while, they locked it down without notification but just set my account on hold with ridiculous reason- multiple accounts, when I ask them how to solve it, they never reply, after that, I just filed the dispute, then they release my VPS but still keep my account on hold.
after that, they released my flash sale VPS, I cancelled it, then they start to execute their scam&stealing plan on me, send me email alert and ask me to cancel the VPS due to the dispute record.
I did cancel it, but they never refund my money. WATCH OUT!!!!!

BEWARE!!!!!! STOLE MY CREDIT CARD!!! I'M FILLING COMPLAINTS WITH EVERY GOVERNMENT AGENCY!!! NEVER DONE BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!

Go away here fu*k*ng support too slow , I tried to disputed my payment coz the order still pending waiting 48hrs no support active

two of my vps are offline for 3-4 days because of disk issue. They are not still able solve the problem. Support is not responsive. They are now money freak. To open port 25 needs $5 one time. same for port 80/443. Why do people need server without port 80/443?

ridiculous server performance, I hosted a VPN service on it and performance is abysmal, absolutely unusable!
I ordered a German server but received a US one!! contacted support weeks ago still no answer!
stay away...

Update:
To answer the reply I received no it was not a german IP, I checked multiple IP check websites and all of them said US and I satup VPN connection for the server and the ping I received was way above the number it should have been.

If the issue were from my side, all the issues wouldn't disappear after changing to another VPS provider.

I've had my VPS with Virmach for several years no with no issues, but now it's been down for MONTHS. They're still charging me, not answering tickets, and CLOSING un-answered tickets. Completely unethical.

Currently highly discouraged, no assistance. I've had a couple of VPS's for years with no problems, but this year they decided to arbitrarily change IP addresses and one VPS became unreachable: I asked for assistance for months and got no response, until I canceled the service by taking a VPS from another provider. I don't give a star for the past and will only keep a VPS with them until I need no assistance.

Terrible service. Virmach just suspend my service without any early alerts and refuse to answer my tickets.
And their support is really bad,long downtime and treat customers according their rude ways. please don't trust this provider.

No more replies to my tickets for two month, and my last VPS order still hasn't been installed after two weeks! Really bad service for two month!

Virmach doesn't even deserve 1 star. It is the worst service ever I've had in my life. The internet connection of my VPS was gone suddenly 1 month ago. And I've been waiting for just an answer to my support ticket for 1 month also. They charge the credit cards but their system is down, their support is down, and even their website is down. Stay away from this bad company.

Please do not even give it a try if you do not want to waste time because off-time (disconnected time) for service will continue without any notification. There service is extremely poor

I am sure VirMach has become scam. You should not register, use or deposit money on this platform. There is no cloud computing service that does not support users for 1 month, my support ticket has been 1 month, no response. And no one has received a response from VirMach either. I warn all new users intrigued by VirMach's price. It's a scam

Your products are very poor and often disconnected, and the processing of work orders is also very slow, and it has not been processed in half a month.

I paid for a $40 dedicated server it has been 2 weeks and I haven’t received my server, I majorly feel like I got scammed. They will not answer tickets, and their contact number is no longer in service.
