Am avut doua situatii in care operatorul de la chat ne-a ajutat sa le rezolvam cu promptitudine, profesionalism si o foarte buna comunicare (prima legata de chec-in la un zbor Ryanair si a doua o rambursare ca urmare a faptului ca un zbor ne-a fost anulat)

The reasons are that they always charge you for any reason they take alot of money.Even if you pay for a flex ticket they will say you can change anytime any date is not true.They charge a lot of money.
You can only use it once!
The don't respond quickly to emails they do whatever they want to do!
Guys if you really looking for no headache use another platform,believe me!
They don't refund the money back!

Îți mulțumim pentru mesaj și ne pare rău pentru situația întâmpinată.
Tarifele biletelor de avion sunt gestionate de sisteme dinamice ale companiilor aeriene, care pot modifica prețurile în orice moment, uneori chiar de la un minut la altul, în funcție de disponibilitate, cerere și alți factori.
Noi, ca agenție de turism, nu controlăm aceste modificări, ci le preluăm direct din sistemele companiilor aeriene. În cazuri rare, prețul final diferă față de cel afișat inițial. În astfel de situații, clientul este informat și se continuă procesarea doar dacă acceptă diferența de tarif.
Dacă situația a fost între timp clarificată sau rezolvată, ne-am bucura dacă ai putea actualiza recenzia ta. Feedbackul tău contează mult pentru noi.

Update: Așa cum colegii noștri de la departamentul customer-care au transmis și pe email, biletele de avion sunt emise după confirmarea disponibilității locurilor și a tarifului de la compania aeriană. În cazul rezervărilor last-minute, această verificare poate dura puțin mai mult, însă facem tot posibilul să trimitem toate informațiile în cel mai scurt timp.
Dacă între timp situația s-a rezolvat și ai primit toate documentele necesare, ne-ar ajuta mult dacă ai putea actualiza review-ul tău. Ne dorim ca experiența ta să reflecte cât mai corect întreg procesul.

Este o companie excrocă. Pentru o greșeală de o literă am plătit 70 euro. După achitarea prețului am primit mesaj că trebuie de achitat diferența de preț care s apărut recent.

Do not book through this third party!!! We booked tickets on Ryanair through them and at check-in, Ryanair specifically told us to not use third parties and they were correct. Vola.ro sent its own check-in forms and did not communicate the information to Ryanair. At the airport, our check-in was locked by Vola.ro and we had to pay 55 euros per person to unlock it and take our flight. Vola.ro also charges higher rates than the airline. I deeply regret every clicking on the link for Vola.ro. Do not make the same mistake.
