It’s so sad to see I this but another greedy agency is following the master’s orders to make fun out of the customers for everything they do is only good for them not the customers how do you want to take the big bonuses only to make fun of us .For a change of a ticket in value of 420£ for 3 person is was asking me 1570£ only to change the date so good people choose well don’t choose this agency is a big lie and a scammer because is making fun about the customers Best regards

This was my first time buging planeta tickets. They helped me with any Information what I needed în a few minute. I'm gratefull buying ticket from vola. They are a trustworthy company.

I made 2 reservations with Vola.ro, both for Ryanair flights. For the return tickets I was able to check my reservation and add it to my Ryanair account, using the reservation number and my personal email address.
For the other trip, I couldn't access my reservation and I have contacted Vola.ro for assistance. First by email and I couldn't get the details for the reservation, then by chat. At the chat they told me that I will receive an email, but I had to write them again. For 3 days in a row I was asking about details of my reservation and still not being able to check my flight and to add the reservation to my Ryanair account.
They told me that for the flight they were using another email address (a very strange one) and I could see my reservation using that email address. It was not working and they didn't come back to me.
I wrote more that 5 emails and still not getting back with the details of my reservation.
Please avoid at all costs Vola.ro

I was helped quickly and professionally to check in for my flight to Vienna on a Ryanair operated flight.

This company is useless. You pay fees, and when I had a problem, they simply told me to go to the airport to resolve it. I bought tickets with them, and both times I encountered issues because the tickets were purchased through their website.

The first time, my flight was cancelled, and they refused to refund my money, only offering a flight change—even though the airline provided a refund option. Obviously, I lost days of vacation and money because of this.

The next time, I wanted to add an extra piece of luggage at check-in because I realized I had too much stuff with me. Even though the airline allowed you to add extra luggage online in just a few seconds, I couldn’t do it since my tickets were purchased through Vola. The only reply I received from the company was, “You can go and try at the airport,” not even “You can purchase it at the airport.”

In this case, why should I pay for a service if I have to solve the problem on my own? In my opinion, you should purchase your flights directly through the airline rather than through third-party companies, as issues like these can happen. Both problems could have been easily resolved if I had booked directly with the airline, sparing me a lot of time, stress, and vacation days.

Atat eu cat și familia mea călătorim destul de des, și mereu cumpărăm biletele de pe Vola. Au cel mai bun suport din lume, răspund foarte rapid și întotdeauna rezolvă orice situație în câteva minute. Recomand cu tot dragul

O experiență foarte dezamăgitoare – lipsă de seriozitate și comunicare întârziată

Am făcut o rezervare la ora 08:23 dimineața, achitând suma de 121,23€. După mai bine de 15 ore, la ora 23:52, am fost informat că trebuie să plătesc o diferență de 122€, adică practic dublu față de suma inițială.
Între timp, banii au fost retrași de pe card, iar opțiunile de zbor mai avantajoase au dispărut. Această întârziere în procesarea cererii mi-a afectat grav planurile și a generat pierderi de timp și bani.
Înțeleg că prețurile biletelor pot varia, dar o agenție serioasă ar trebui să proceseze rezervările prompt sau să blocheze tariful în momentul plății. Comunicarea întârziată și lipsa de soluții reale m-au făcut să îmi pierd încrederea în acest serviciu.
Nu recomand, mai ales dacă aveți nevoie de siguranță și profesionalism în organizarea unei călătorii.

Răspuns la afirmațiile GoVola:
Vă rog să nu mai afirmați că nu aveți cunoștință despre rezervarea mea. Am dovezi clare că mi-ați trimis două emailuri oficiale, inclusiv unul semnat de doamna A. S., în care se face referire la comanda cu numărul GP1NO, pentru zborul Milano – București din 15 aprilie 2025.
Am plătit suma de 121,23 euro, iar ulterior mi s-a cerut aproape dublu (122 euro în plus) sub pretextul unei „diferențe tarifare”. Este inadmisibil ca, după confirmarea rezervării și plata efectuată, să fiu pus în situația de a achita suplimentar – altfel zborul nu era garantat.
Consider acest comportament lipsit de transparență și bună credință față de clienți. Am salvat toate dovezile: emailuri, capturi de ecran, confirmarea plății și comunicările avute.
Dacă solicitarea mea de rambursare integrală nu va fi soluționată în mod corect, voi depune plângere oficială la ECC România și ANPC, și voi continua să actualizez această recenzie pentru a informa corect și complet alți consumatori.
Atașez toate dovezile, inclusiv captura emailului oficial cu numărul rezervării
