Terrible company
Terrible company! I have not received what I ordered in 3 months. They kept stalling more and more. I still have not received it. Now they want to offer me plenty of 30% office my next purchase. I will never buy from them again ¡!!!!!!!!!!!!

I brought the goat charm and necklace for 500 and the chain turned gold within 2 days it was supposed to 925 silver and it’s not I’m highly disappointed with this I thought by the views and all the people that had on your product was stand up people but I see by my experience yall were not I have the chain and charm I would not wear it cause of how it looks with the charm the diamonds are even full I’m appalled is there any way I can be help with this issue

I honestly feel like this company is top notch. For instance I ordered a custom piece and something in stock on the same order. They sent me the in stock while they work on my custom piece. Most companies would make you wait. The only thing I wish they would change is the hashtag “#” to be an option on a custom item since it has became such a popular letter we use now. Recommending VVSBOX to all my friends and followers!

ordered $308 worth of jewelry because it said I'd get before Christmas this past year. I ordered 12/4. After waiting for ever and getting the run around from vvs box for a bit I told them I was going to leave bad reviews and on and 1/12 they said Gofo lost the package once it was given to them. gofo said they never physically received the package. vvsbox eventually told me to file a claim through the extra seel insurance I took but it had to be within so many days (like 7) of verification package was lost. coincidentally seels website was unusable and would not allow me to file the claim after spending hours trying to get it to. After days of trying and emailing back and forth get me absolutely no where and the allotted time passes they tell me there's nothing else they can do. so basically somehow the exchange from the international carrier to the local carrier my package was lost and I'm out my 308. I have receipts for everything I'm claiming I just wish they wouldnt have bs'd me for weeks and owned it. No offer to send replacement partial refund nothing, it was just a "better luck next time" type thing. NOT SURE WHO LOST IT BUT I KNOW NOT ONLY DID I PURCHASE 3 "W' PENDANTS AND 20" CHAINS I PAID FOR THE EXTRA INSURANCE AND RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Terrible company, terrible communication, terrible customer service, terrible "insurance" it's all bad.
they responded to this trying to give excuse. no offer to make anything right, and didn't even look into my actually account just have a pre written response they give everyone who does a bad review.

Terrible shipping updates
Ordered my product A MONTH AGO, and I’ve received exactly ONE shipping update since then. And when I say “update,” I mean they literally sent me “Order Update: Shipping Pending.” That’s it. No tracking information. No location. No estimated delivery date. No explanation. Nothing.
At this point, I have absolutely no idea if my order is sitting in a warehouse, stuck in transit, still being made, or just forgotten about completely. How do you take someone’s money, go silent for a month, and then have the nerve to call “shipping pending” a legitimate update?
This is beyond disappointing and honestly some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I shouldn’t have to hunt down information about an order I already paid for. If this is how this company handles customers after they get their money, I can damn sure guarantee I’ll think twice before ever doing business with them again. Absolutely ridiculous.
Still no new updates btw ordered in July
