Water World Pet & Aquatic Centre Reviews

Very fast delivery and good selection of products

Waterword were very efficient. The order for my Bronte Springs garden water feature came promptly and it's easy to assemble.
It's a lovely system and a great addition to our garden!
We've fitted it to a timer plug. As it's a gentle waterfall it needs topping up sometimes so the pump stays submerged.
Thank you!

Easy to order delivery was prompt and I was kept up to date with the delivery

The staff were very helpful, ordered our water feature. Communications were great when it arrived. We had an LED light out. I phoned& a replacement was sent out. Great service. Thank you so much. 😊

This place is truly a hidden gem in Kent! It is beautifully laid out and packed with everything an aquatic enthusiast could wish for, complemented by a wonderful team of friendly, knowledgeable people who are always willing to help. Antony, Wayne, Joshua, Cameroon, Ben and the delivery van superman I forgot his name.

It really is a one-stop destination for all things aquatic—whether you’re interested in water features, aquariums, ponds, fish, or simply have a passion for creating beautiful water spaces.

What particularly stands out is how thoughtfully the whole place has been designed. Having visited and explored other options, I’ve found it difficult to find anywhere else that brings such a wide range of products, expertise, inspiration, and customer service together under one roof.

A fantastic place with a lovely atmosphere and genuinely helpful people. Highly recommended — a well-deserved 10/10 from me!

Purchased 2 replacement lights for my water feature which were difficult to find with the correct plug.

The outdoor fountain now works again!

Difficult to find spares for this pump as its quite old. But found this and it fits perfectly.

Quickly found the replacement part I was looking for using Ai enabled search. Quick delivery and good quality. Would recommend

Couldn't deliver on time after 2/3 updates said it was delivered and said wasn't able to! Water world should change the logistics company, completely incompetent

Great service and very fast delivery
