Super fast service for broken phone.
Submitted my claim and sent my phone off a few days later. It was back with me and fixed within a week! Can't fault it and their communication over email was great.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry that you feel this is expensive, however, we do feel that we are competitive in our pricing as WCS does provide a high level of customer service and our policy terms include using manufacturer parts rather than copy parts for repairs etc, which many other mobile insurers don't.
