I had the pleasure of speaking with Daniele, and I found him to be very knowledgeable about the real estate market, both in Italy and the UK as I was looking for some consultation. He gave me many useful suggestions during our conversation, and what I appreciated the most was his honest opinion on my investment idea, telling me clearly if it was worth pursuing or not. I highly recommend Daniele and his services because he is not only competent but also honest and realistic about each client's situation.

Pietro is extremely smart and talented professional, well aware of details related to taxation and the differences between italian and UK housing market, a really trustful partner

What can I say?
Daniele and Pietro are an amazing team!
Professional, knowledgeable, but also kind and friendly.

Special mention to Pietro, which has helped us to find the property that we wanted! My husband and I are always very busy, and without Pietro, we could have not been able to find a house so quickly! Pietro has followed us in every single step of this journey, helping and explaining us all the paperwork and the documentation that we had to deal with, and also dealing with all the stress instead of us!
Last but not least, we were able to save lots of money on the price of the house, thanks to Pietro and his negotiating skills!
I couldn’t recommend them enough!
If there will be the chance in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again! 😊
100% worth!!!

Wow.
Fantastici!!!!♥️

I've come across many property finders, estate agents and consultants in the UK property market, but Daniele stands out. Not only is he competent, knowledgeable, and professional, but he's also a kind, empathic person who truly listens to your needs. I was impressed by how he immediately took the time to thoroughly analyze my problem and come up with a variety of solutions. He has a great understanding of the property market in both Italy and the UK. He provided me with solid and valuable advice, during a delicate and difficult time. I will definitely use their service again in the future if needed. I would highly recommend them.

If it wasn’t for WelcHome international, we wouldn’t have found the house of our dreams. Pietro is very professional, we have appreciated and take on board his honesty, integrity and advice.
