WelcHome International Reviews

Daniele is extremely professional, very helpful, an excellent communicator and very attentive to details.
We needed some advices and were recommended to contact him. We appreciated his friendly and helpful nature and, surely, his professional approach.
When we will need to buy or sell in the future, we will be approaching only Daniele to act for us and would definitely recommend to others who are looking for an agent.

I had an informal chat with Daniele over the phone who clearly explained to me any tax implications and potential disadvantages my investments abroad would have on my UK income. Daniele is a wealth of knowledge with several years of experience both in Italy and UK which makes him a reliable and competent financial advisor/property agent. On top of his technical excellence, his friendly and down to earth approach makes the entire experience less stressful. Definitely recommended and I will be using his services for future purchases in the UK. Thanks Daniele!

I had an informal conversation with Daniele because, at present, I am not at the right financial stage to buy a property.
During our conversation, he sounded serious and reliable. He seems a knowledgeable advisor with empathic skills that enable him to quickly understand buyers' needs.

Daniele is Very professional and always available, I was able to find the best property of my life, the way i was dreaming about.
Thanks!

Daniele and Pietro are serious and reliable professionals.
You can ask them anything, even the most trivial questions, and they will always have the best option for you!
Daniele follows the customer step by step and is always available by email and mobile phone, even if busy, he will always find the time to call you back to make sure everything is ok!
Pietro, on the other hand, takes care of the bureaucratic and technical part of the process but never refuses advice or clarification via email.
Highly recommended !!!

Professional and friendly advisor. Very knowledgeable about the market. Strongly recommend

Great pleasure to take this opportunity, thank Daniele and Pietro of Welchome international, they really helped me to buy the property. Their experienced advice is a great help for me to make wise decisions. I am expecting the same in future as well. Thanks a lot!

I asked Daniele Lecis of Welchome International Property Finders to look for the purchase of a property. From research to negotiation through to removal his expertise, experience, contacts, unflagging energy, availability, commitment, integrity, empathy and charm resulted in a happy ending, with many of the mistakes we would have made avoided, and opportunities of which we were unaware exploited. We have no hesitation whatever in recommending his services.

I Bought my first property in London last year and Daniele assisted me all steps of the way. Very professional, competent and ready to find the best possible solution. I will definitely recommend WelcHome International!

I bought a property in London as an investment and Pietro assisted me since day one explaining all the process. He negotiated a good deal for me, before his help, I had to explain my requirements to several estate agents, I was wasting my time. Pietro managed to find me the right property at the right price. I hope to buy another buy-to-let investment with them soon
