Please make sure you get everything in writing concerning cancelation policies. I was told that the machine is was given was not part of the agreement. Now after canceling i am being charged a month rental.
Make sure you read all of the contract and make copies.

Had a question about how my Daily Credit deposits were posting. I prefer a full batch with then a debit of the days Credit Fee amount. Wholesale Payments deserves negative stars. "Wholesale is all about no fees" is a lie and the biggest credit card scam company to hit the market. After being told verbatim by sales rep David Hamlin, there are no fees and can run unlimited transactions for $45 a month. I NEVER Used the equipment and canceled as soon as csr verified that customers are charged 3.99% for every transaction and then paying $45 for points system that i care nothing about. Cancelation fee $295, fine cancel! Wholesale received machine on 1/8/26 and cancelation paperwork on 1/8 and charged my account on 2/2/26 for $385.20? for what, Bella who says she is a mgr said it was $295 cancel fee plus 2 months membership? You have been reported to BBB and i will write every TERRIBLE review on every platetform available until my money if refunded and acknowledged cancel after Christmas.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEIR SALES TACTICS ARE ALL LIES.

Very Dishonest company along with the entire csr team. Contracts are NOT transparent and provided at the time of sale. Salesman wrote on contract after i signed, stating " oh i will fill that in".

Don't trust this company one the account executive name is Vincent malesa he even don't know how to explain things properly.he talk to you nice try to convence first and after once you signed agreement he charge $45 and after he said that that your Customer pay the fee Tax and all so it's basically they trying to stop coming your customer to come at your place once they pay fee tax and all and Vincent one of the company agent when you trying to cancel things they charge you $200 so that way he steal money from people don't trust him remember this name Vincent malesa don't trust him he don't know he just convene customer.
