Hidden costs at the end (revised)
Setting up the will was easy. The price for the wills was reasonable... until we completed the will and found out that there was an additional $70 to print both wills for signatures. (I have learned that the $70 is only applicable when having the company print and mail the will to me.)

Just to clarify: the $70 printing and shipping fee is completely optional. You absolutely don’t need to pay anything extra to finalize your documents. Most of our customers simply download their documents and print them at home, at a local Staples, or even at a public library—whatever works best for you.

In printing out the Will
In printing out the Will, I was unable to access the program it was in, in order to have page breaks in the appropriate places, leaving one paragraph on one page alone. The Will looked very unprofessional.

Ours was a simple will, both parties the same information
Much easier than expected, clear, simple instructions. The independent reviews I checked before subscribing were born out by our actual experience. I appreciated the follow up, reminders to get the documents witnessed.

The screen layout and menu's are good
The screen layout and menu's are good. I liked the Asset List feature. Had to go to my AI to ask how to set up spouse in family plan but once her account set up no problem.
I was going to assign percentages to the contingent beneficiaries but program only allows equal shares. I need to figure out a workaround on this.

The documents are not well organized on…
The documents are not well organized on the site. It is hard to figure out where the secondary docs are such as the power of attorney etc... they should all be in one spot on one page or combined into one will document. Also, the docs are not consistent with page numbers and some don't have titles on the initial box's etc..... other than that a pretty good experience.

Each one serves a different legal purpose: your will outlines how your assets will be distributed and who’s responsible for carrying out your wishes, while documents like power of attorney for property and personal care come into effect while you're still alive, if you're unable to make decisions for yourself. Because of these distinct roles, they’re kept as separate documents rather than combined into one.
That said, we know the experience could feel more seamless — especially when downloading and organizing your files — and your comments about layout and document structure (like page numbers and headers) are really helpful. We're actively working on ways to make things more intuitive and clear for our users, so this kind of feedback goes a long way in helping us improve.

The will is not applicable to persons without kids
The will does not plan for those that do not have kids .Nor assist what happens to the estate when both pass.
