The furniture arrived beautifully packaged in sturdy boxes so it couldn't be damaged.

The furniture is wonderful. No concerns there. However the delivery came direct from Birlea. Bearing in mind this was bedroom furniture the delivery men told me that they were not supposed to take it upstairs!! Also they did not unpack and did not take packing materials away. I paid a John Lewis price but did not receive John Lewis customer service. Very disappointing.

The handles on this furniture are not fit for purpose and when you have a drawer full of clothes they break. Willis & Gambier will not respond and do not provide any information on where to obtain replacement handles or what paint to use if there is damage which will occur over time, Of course you could go out and buy new handles but when you have several pieces of furniture and the fittings are not standard this is not possible.

The furniture looks good and we were pleased with it but now we wish we hadn't bought it
