Three canceled deliveries three…
Three canceled deliveries three canceled bookings with installers one on the actual day. Finally arrived two weeks late with wrong sizes plus an extra small one we had not ordered. However we were reassured that the replacement was ordered also in the wrong size. According to our installer the window quality is excellent.

Still waiting for windows
Ordered on May 21st - windows not arrived yet!
Waited for the advertised expected delivery date, no communication/updates, phoned to enquire when to expect them. No instant answer, call next day to say not until 23rd June, no real reason other than waffle about supply issues.
We await confirmation for delivery on 23rd….

Ordered and paid no problem. 10 days later email informing me of date of delivery. No delivery. Phoned to enquire where it was - email back to say order refunded as they couldn’t deliver to my address! Took them 3 weeks to realise this?!?!

In this case we did everything in our power to try to solve this transport issue, but unfortunately, we are no longer able to deliver to Scotland and have issued a full refund. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused.
SERIOUSLY DISSAPPOINTED
If you follow this companies instructions on how to measure your window for a new replacement UVPC window, it will be too narrow for your window. When I contacted them, they said it was my fault. They agreed to sent me UVPC window extension parts but nothing has arrived. They are now - NOT REPLYING to my emails. The window quality looks good but the after sales service from this company is atrocious.

We apologise for the issue you experienced in measuring for your window. Measurements must be taken after any alterations are made to the opening, and we always advise to take measurements of the external opening. In this case, we sent three frame extenders/ add-ons free of charge by courier to rectify the issue. If unsure, we advise customers to contact us before ordering via either our live-chat service, telephone or email.

Long waiting for the delivery
Long waiting for the delivery, they have send a email with the delivery date and they asked for someone else to be there so they could help them with the delivery, I tried to contact them prior to delivery day but no luck. So I had to pay for someone a full day to wait there .. and no delivery. Today I was able to talk with someone who told me that they had some issues with the manufacturing process and they didn’t know about that. So they have internal issues and hopefully I will get my window tomorrow.
Is such a shame because I need to replace all the windows for the house… I definitely don’t buy again from them .
Is not one day is 3 days and I still didn’t receive it . On the top of that is that when you ask for someone to be there just consider that not everyone has available at any time a person to help with that delivery so they have to pay for someone. Even if that is your responsibility to provide the delivery.

Hi, our delivery driver called the number you provided approximately one hour before arriving, and there was no answer. The driver waited at your address for fifteen minutes but no one answered. We tried our best but unfortunately we could not deliver. We will reschedule for a new delivery date.
