A lovely service ran by people who genuinely care about you .I was blown away by the help and support offered.

I visited today for a consultation about my hair loss concerns. I have been worried about thinning hair and lack of volume so I came for a consultation for a hair integration system or extensions. The consultation was really thorough and I have left with a plan to protect my natural hair and booked in for some really natural extensions. Super excited to go back, it was a really pleasant experience and the salon is stunning.

A beautiful salon with warm friendly staff .they don't just offer wigs but also integration systems and toppers and extensions .it's luxurious and private .a haven for those with medical hair loss

I was actually sent the wrong shade of wig but I’m giving 5 stars because the customer service was faultless. I was offered a full refund or replacement and it was all handled quickly. And I love that they have an actual phone number so you can call them and speak to someone! Quite rare these days!

My hair is very fine to start with but after taking medication my hairline has receded considerably.After researching what was out there to help my situation I came across the Wonderful Wig Company. I made an appointment with Gemma she was very understanding and helped me choose a hair topper.My fitting was with Janet as Gemma was on holiday when my topper arrived and I didn't want to wait as I too was going on holiday. Janet was great she cut my topper to a style that suited me. She was very helpful with all the questions I needed answering. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you to all that helped. My topper is great my hair gets compliments all the time.

I actually ordered a wig to be delivered to a friend in the UK who brought it to me overseas. The ordering and delivery process was the same as any other company. No problems.
The actual wig (Tova by Rene of Paris) was a bit of a disappointment. It had no bounce, was very straight and looked like it had been in the box for months or longer so was misshapen. It's the style I've worn for years so I know it well. My bad for ordering online. I'll go back to a proper shop in future when in the UK

My daughter’s previous experiences with finding a wig were awful then we were recommended the wonderful wig company. I can’t recommend them highly enough they’re empathetic empowering and listen to all your hopes and make them come true. Losing your hair makes you feel you’ve lost your identity but thanks to Nicola, my daughter has found hers again.

My hair loss was the result of a bad car accident 26 years ago. I was left with a large bald patch at the top of my head plus a smaller patch at the side. I was very fortunate that I survived and recovered from other injuries suffered. Due to my thick hair, I learned to cover the patches and no one would have ever known but I did. The impact was huge and really affected my self confidence. I spent many years researching for solutions and then by a random google search, I found the Wonderful Wig Company 2 and a half years ago. Having the hair integration system has completely changed how I feel about myself now and look. The staff are amazing, so friendly and knowledgable and listen to me with any questions I have or concerns. Absolutely brilliant service, could not recommend enough, thank you

A good wig makes such a difference to living with alopecia. Jemma helped me select a great wig and trimmed it, so it was just how I wanted it. Many thanks for your care and attention!

Good quality foam head ,have bought different ones but this one is by far better quality, and fast delivery, thank you .

I ordered online as it said the piece was in stock. Then they called me to say they actually order from another company in the UK and they didnt have it…The reason I ordered from them was everyone else was offering on back order but they said they had it in stock. I cancelled the order and am still waiting for a refund 7 days later. I wrote today asking where the refund was and had a one liner saying it takes up to 7 days … well let’s see if it’s in my account by midnight!

Will use Simply Wigs my usual next time as they are polite, lovely and refund super quickly!

The Wonderful Wig Company has been amazing. Having lost some of my hair to alopecia I was referred here from the hospital. The whole process from start to finish was really professional and quick. A big ‘Thank - you’ to Janet who has supported and advised me on my journey. She helped me chose the colour and design and I am over the moon. I feel great and have gained my confidence back.

Caitlin was lovely, I was made to feel very comfortable. Caitlin really knew her stuff, she listened and brought several wigs for me to try to enable me to find two that I thought really suited me. Caitlin then sent away for the colours that I liked, they were delivered really quickly and I made an appointment to go back. I chose my wig and Caitlin cut it for me. At all times she was thoughtful and professional.

From my first contact with the wonderful wig company to my appointment they were very professional. Jemma who I had my appointment with was very knowledgeable and caring showed me various types and styles of wigs finally recommending the one I purchased. The wig is so natural that when I wore it family and friends all stated that is the same style and colour as my original hairstyle. I would highly recommend this company to anyone going through issues with hair loss
