The unit itself is not bad, not like it's hyped up to be, it did the job. My complaint is that the plastic blades suck, it broke trimming around my kids basketball pedestal. The lightweight steel edge... Toon meer
Powerful, lightweight, and easy to handle. Does a fantastic job on dry leaves/small debris. Cleaned our deck, which circles our house, and bridge easily. Cleaned leaves off car and truck in a snap.... Toon meer
Disappointed in the battery life. It needs to be twice as long(needs to last about 30 minutes). Also a small extension would be nice. Otherwise I am satisfied with the product.

This review is about Wood Ranger's CUSTOMER SERVICE
This review is about Wood Ranger's customer service, not any product they sell. I ordered a leaf blower from Wood Ranger by mistake. About 1 hour after I placed the order I discovered my mistake, and immediately emailed their support team (the email address clearly listed on the order form). I requested they cancel my order. A real person (Anderson), or a very good AI likeness, responded back within an hour later and my request to cancel was honored. Very impressive! Total purchase cost came back to my credit card two days later.

Ordering something by mistake happens, and we know how reassuring it is to reach someone promptly and have it taken care of without any hassle. We’re also glad your full refund made it back to your credit card within two days. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to Anderson—he’ll appreciate the shout-out!
Thank you again, Barbara. Even though you didn’t end up needing the leaf blower this time, we truly appreciate you sharing your experience with our team.

Do not buy this tool
Do not buy this tool. You will lose your hearing. In addition the power is not as great as a traditional leaf blower. It blew debris all over versus a controlled movement of debris you get with a traditional leaf blower. It created other areas which needed to be cleaned after use. Not worth it.

Hi Patty,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that the Wood Ranger blower did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the high-pitched noise and blowing performance.
We understand your concerns about the sound level, the lack of controlled airflow, and having to clean up additional areas after using it. Your feedback is important, and we’ll be sharing these points with our team as we continue working to improve our products.
Thank you for giving Wood Ranger a try and for bringing these concerns to our attention.

Satisfied over all; some cons
This product is good quality for the most part. The plastic blades are worthless and break within the first few minutes of mowing. The instructions were a little vague, especially about putting the wheels on. If the area to be mowed is quite high, using the wheels is not convenient; it will take a long time. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. I would recommend buying extra batteries if you have a big yard; otherwise, you will be having to stop and charge the batteries which takes a good while.

Hi Tanya,
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback and leave us a 4-star review! We’re glad to hear that overall, you’re happy with your Wood Ranger trimmer and feel the product is good quality.
We’re sorry to hear that the plastic blades broke so quickly and that the assembly instructions, particularly for the wheels, weren’t as clear as they could have been. We also appreciate your observations about using the wheels with taller grass and the battery runtime for larger yards. These are helpful insights, and we’ll be sharing them with our team as we continue working to improve both the product and instructions.
Thank you again for choosing Wood Ranger and for sharing your experience, Tanya. We truly appreciate your recommendation and thoughtful feedback!

In all honesty and truth this little…
In all honesty and truth this little saw was amazing did what was advertised after I let the saw do the cutting instead of pushing, I had a bunch of limbs real fast. I thought I had purchased an 8 inch bar but maybe I was wrong these 4 inches works fine I was really surprised. and that's the truth. Thank you
