This is a scam. After you pay, they never respond to any claim, and block any interaction. Everywhere else they have near 0 rating, but only on this website (Trustpilot) they have positive issues, I assume they're associated. It's a total scam.

Good option for elderly traveler that did not purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time travel arrangements were first made. (Illness due to Pre-existing Conditions not covered)
