I have submitted the claim on September…
I have submitted the claim on September 17, and it’s still pending review I haven’t heard back from claim team yet. Before I purchase the policy I asked phone representative claim process timeframe, she told me 15 days, however, I saw support replied to another review on Trustpilot said 30-45 business days lol, if I checked reviews before, I won’t buy this plan for sure. This is a lesson I need to learn I guess :(( Policy number: T111519, number: 226-0000096283-00

Mind you, I had no reason to file a claim - but the fact that it was there, and I was protected while traveling was extremely reassuring. Signing up online took minutes, confirmation was immediate, and the documents were mailed and received with plenty of time to spare. I will use WorldTrips again the next time I travel.

One claim for under $200
One claim for under $200 , i have provided all the documents but need so many follow ups for the claims to be processed . Last document submitted was around June end . There is no proactive outreach . This does not support the stereotype on how easy it is to buy insurance but so difficult to process the claim
