Guy was in the flat for 10 seconds, stuck his hand on the inside wall of my fridge and told be to buy a new one. Then the card machine was out and he's on his way. £70 for the privilege, that call out charge is extortionate really if you operate in the area and they literally do no work. I hope the person running 1homeservice treads on a lego brick.

Edward came within the alloted time. The washing machine had F28 and also had stopped working. He went through checks keeping us updated and showing us his progress and telling us do' and don't to help look after the machine. He was very helpful and gave us honest options through explanations, for us to make a confident decision on the next step, for the spinning issue we're having with our machine, which lead to us needing to get parts.

Edward was really great. He came in and fixed the washing machine without any fuss and didn't try to get any extras out of me. Above all he didn't leave a mess to clean.

The engineer was very helpful, quick efficient and solved the problem quickly. Thank you!

Jack was great. He arrived quickly and had a professional and easy going manner that made me totally at ease having him in my home. He worked quickly and successfully fixed my washing machine. I was delighted that he had the part he needed in his van. I thought that the cost was fair and I’m very happy with the 12 month warranty.

On the 16th April we had a young man attend our care home to diagnose the cause of our Daewoo fridge freezer that had stopped working due to unplanned power cut. He was polite and very efficient. I would like to thank him for his professionalism and honesty. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name I think it was Marius but he is credit to your company. Thank you again for your help.

Avoid this nonsense of a company! They extortionately over charge their customers and provide false warranties. On top of that, they falsely diagnose to charge even more!

The service was super quick, I have no issues with the engineer. However, I was charged £109 for a washing machine handle that retails at 10 pounds, plus another £100 for installation, which on the website says it will be £50 +VAT. My total came to just over £200 for a 15-minute job. So, yes, the problem was solved...but the price was completely unreasonable.
When I challenged them on that ("why are you charging me ten times the price of the part?") they deflected and only offered to reimburse the VAT, "as there had been a misunderstanding".
You can't trust people like this. I don't know why they need to stake their reputation by marking up spare parts prices in such a gross way.
