Called customer service to ask a few questions. Extremely helpful and able to answer any questions I had. Stayed on the phone while I went through the online forms. Learner driver insurance was very reasonable and once my daughter passes I can switch the policy to full license and not lose the the no claims she gains whilst learning.

Used the website to change insurance from provisional to qualified driver. Easy to use and accessible. AChoice found the best deal and it works well. I needed to call this morning to check something in person and Christie from customer services was amazing help. Everything cleared up easily and I will definitely be continuing to use them and their service.

Reported any accident as notification only, sending an email. Delt everything else with the third party insurance company smoothly, as the either party had agreed the liability of the accident.

Now at the end of my policy period, I received a NCD letter from A-Choice stating that I had a claim that's at my fault, which is incorrect (I had explained the details of the accident in my initial notification email).

Called the customer care and the lady seems to be rude and not ready to listen properly. They asked to call AXA insurance and talk to them instead. Then I was redirected to talk to A-Choice again. So annoying and wasted a few hours calling and sorting this out

Watch out for the small print.

I took out insurance for my daughter while she was learning to drive on her provisional licence. At the time, they were very competitive and the initial price seemed good.

However, once she passed her test, the revised quote was extremely expensive compared with other providers. We decided to cancel, but then ended up paying approximately 80% of the annual cost in cancellation and admin fees, despite only using the cover for around six weeks.

I accept it was partly my responsibility for not reading the small print fully, but I was disappointed by the lack of empathy or understanding from the team when we queried it.

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t use them again.

Great experience from start to finish. Amy called me the minute they opened on the day of my son’s test to potentially change him from Prov to full licence holder. Thankfully it was good news and we got him covered asap so he could drive to school! Really competitive price. Very happy

Customer loyalty means ZERO. I had been a customer of A Choice for many years, never questioned my renewal. However our lease car was due to go back to the lease company so we decided to buy the same car we leased. I phoned A Choice and advised them that my policy is due to expire on the 10th June and I would need to remove my Kia that we lease and replace the policy with the same car. Renewal price on current Kia £621 for the yr , to remove lease car and add new car £799 for the year. A choice explination '' premuim is more because you are buying a car you are not used to driving'' ITS THE SAME CAR!
Needless to say I searched online and obtained a new policy for £529 for the year. Greedy, and don't care about customer loyalty.

I was lucky enough to have my issue resolved today by a lovely lady called Julia Parker, she went above and beyond to ensure I did not incur any extra charges, and that I was happy with my policy, and for this reason I am happy to stay as a customer! Thank you Julia you are a credit to your company!

absolutely shocking can never get ahold of them i have phoned them 3 times in the past 2 days and have not had an answer do not choose here
