The customer service I received from Active Garden was fantastic! Marianela was so helpful and friendly from start to finish. She is so knowledgeable about all the climbing frames and took time to advise me and answer all my questions. Once I had ordered the climbing frame, she kept me updated on the delivery process. When the slide arrived damaged through no fault of Active Garden, they were very apologetic and sent a replacement immediately. Couldn't fault their service and will definitely recommend. Excellent service from Marianela who gave sound advice when selecting a climbing frame for our area. We settled on the Blue Rabbit beach tower which arrived promptly with extra ground anchors sent out to us free of charge. We won’t hesitate on returning to Active Garden when we are ready to add further add ons to the climbing frame. I know my daughter will have lots of enjoyment for years to come.
