Active Garden Reviews

Fantastic team, we so happy with our playground combo. From first contact Marianela was fantastic and very helpful throughout the planning process, especially making some tweaks for my special needs child.
The delivery came on time and was hassle free. As is was a big twin tower combo we decided to have it built for us by Henri on the team. He was fabulous, worked through the recent heatwave like a trooper and had it up in what seemed like no time. Our son absolutely loves it and we are thrilled. Highly recommended, thanks again.

Excellent service all round- really helpful customer service when designing the product to fit our exact requirements, quality product, fantastic installation, really nice climbing frame that will last us years and provide hours of fun. Highly recommend.

Perfect for our 3 year old. Arrived quickly.

Exactly as ordered, delivery on time.

From the moment I had the first query, to the point of delivery, Marianela was always really helpful, and quick to respond to any queries we had. The climbing frame has arrived in under 2-weeks and is currently awaiting construction. It looks to be good quality and I am sure we will have a very happy boy once it is built :-)

Excellent service from start to finish, very highly recommend Active Garden. I gave them a list of things I wanted from the play equipment and they came back to me with some suitable designs and lots of options. Great communication about delivery and their installation service was excellent too.

Very helpful, quick response time. Quick delivery time, Thank you

Excellent service from Active Garden. Marianela was very helpful with the ordering process and arranging delivery and installation. Henrikas did get a great job installing the frame. The kids are very happy!
Thanks!

After doing lots of research on climbing frames I discovered active garden.
I have 4 children ranging from
3-11 years so was looking for a climbing frame suitable for them
All.
I spoke to Marianela at active garden who couldn’t have been more helpful. She advised me of the range of climbing frames that were suitable and advised me what would be best with the garden that I have.
Following this I ordered the climbing frame and arranged a day for
It to be delivered. This was kept to with no issues or problems.
I then arranged for the climbing frame
To be constructed through active garden.
Henrikas Was then booked in for two days to construct the frame. Henrikas Updated me whilst on route to our home and built our climbing frame in 2 days. (What a hard worker he was hardly stopped for a break)

As a family we couldn’t be happier with the service that active garden provided. The climbing frame looks fantastic and the quality is amazing. Family and friends havent stopped commenting on it.
My children have been on the climbing frame since it was installed and absolutely love it.

Thank you active garden would highly recommend 👍👍👍

Exceptional customer service. Slight delay in order for swing hangers from Germany due to Brexit. Regular updates received and alternative options suggested. Swing hangers and seats arrived when advised. Good quality and kids love their new swings.

Great products and excellent customer service when I had a query with prompt delivery and well packaged.

Thank you very much to everyone. I needed a sturdy swing for my 19 year old autistic boys. I did a lot of research and so pleased I chose active garden. Marianela helped me choose the sturdiest swing and Henri came to install. It's rock solid and the boys are so happy. Henri was very helpful and offered to come back and adjust if needed. All in all, fantastic service, communication and workmanship. Two happy chaps.

Fantastic service and went out of their way to get me my order early

Really friendly and helpful staff.. not got the play set yet - but pleased with how the buying experience has gone so far. Able to customise our play set too.

Just fantastic! From ordering to installation, Marianela was so helpful and kept us in the loop throughout. Henrikas did a fab job of installing too, very quick and tidy! Thanks both ☺️
