Unable to connect them. Promise of callback never comes. The system to book inspection doesn't work even though the SMS, Emails, and support page force you in this direction.

Best Service of ADT…
I have an enquiry about the ADT security and camera system via the website, but the next day Nick called me and sorted out our house appointment. He was very helpful and managed to fix the installation date. The engineer, Spencer, was very helpful and fixed everything to a very high standard. We will strongly recommend ADT; the service was of a very high standard.

Overall quite pleased with ADT system but disappointed with inability to call an overseas (USA) emergency contact number.
Also a live chat option for customer service would be beneficial.

ADT are an excellent firm
We had been with ADT for nearly 30 years so this was an upgrade. We were kept well informed on the timing and Adam the engineer arrived promptly and was very helpful sensitive to our needs balanced with ensuring an effective system. His work was neet. Professional, great service
Easy to organise, good communication throughout , the technical engineer arrived on the day booked and kept me informed of the time of arrival. No mess and no fuss to fit the system , made sure I was happy with the sensors etc. Went through how to use the panel and the extra features. All very professional, I would recommend

ADT Glitch
I’ve just had an ADT alarm system fitted in my flat: the sale went very smoothly.
That is, until the installation: the engineer couldn’t fit a camera to the outside wall without climbing onto the neighbour’s roof, which isn’t possible for safety reasons.
The sales representative is familiar with the procedures (I hope) and shouldn’t have sold us the camera for that reason.
The engineer who was due to install the camera therefore refused to climb onto the roof.
That’s what I call a waste of time.
The display provided to control the front doorbell reacts so slowly when someone rings the bell that it’s quicker for us to go downstairs and open the door than to wait for the image to appear on the screen.
The same slowness occurs with the smartphone at home, even though we have sufficient bandwidth and a few repeaters installed.
This problem, which is apparently well-known, wasn’t mentioned to me by the sales assistant.
Why??
I feel ripped off and lied to.
Finally, the sales assistant in question is apparently unable to sort out the problem himself, for some obscure reason, and I have to sort it out myself with customer services and engineers.
Yet another waste of time.
I’ve had this alarm system for two days and I already regret it.
Finally, every two or three days since a month I receive a reminder asking me to sign my contract (a contract that has already been signed). That should have made me realise that this system isn’t quite up to scratch.
How sad.
Fortunately, there are other companies on the market.
