From start to finish the staff at ADT have been very helpful. Nick the account Manager who surveyed our property clearly went through the various options available for us. Mike the installation engineer was also very helpful and efficient.

Excellent customer service
The staff who provided quote and arranged the services were very helpful, as was Michael in Customer Services on installation day when I had an early morning query. The engineer attending was excellent, set up and explained it all, helped tailor it and feel confident it will be a real benefit.

Engineer arrived on time, was extremely helpful and tidy. Gave advice when asked and recommended something we had not thought of. Only thing I felt is that I could have done with a little more help to use the system as it is totally different to our old alarm
