Wayne Dickens came this morning to do a full installation of my ADT alarm system. He is genuinely a terrific part of the team. He was punctual, worked extremely hard and efficiently asked all the right questions and kept me up to date with all what he was doing. He spent time setting up the app on my phone so I could set the alarm remotely. Such a great service and tidy installation. Thank you Wayne!!

Very professional and helpful.

Today, the engineer installed the wrong chime and it fails to ring when I press the doorbell. I was promised a wifi booster when I signed the contract and it was not done. I explained when the assessment was done that we needed the booster. Terrible service. I am very disappointed.

Straightforward connection procedure and friendly staff at every level. Software and hardware work 100% as they should straightaway.
Sales made it very simple and pleasant procedure, all costs were transparent, well described and competitive.

I wish there was an option for zero stars!!! We took over a building that had an ADT system previously installed. ADT agreed to match the quote that our existing alarm supplier had provided so we went with them as they already knew the system. ADT confirmed they had matched the existing quote. We signed the contract but within the small print were extra charges that doubled the cost. We argued but no-one would speak with us, they just parroted that we signed the contract. This is true but we expected more from such a large company. They are now a nightmare to deal with compared to our existing supplier. Avoid like the plague and choose a small independant outfit would be our advice.

Terrible terrible terrible. I massively regret using ADT. I’ve had to have engineers visit on multiple occasions over the past few months. Just a disaster. ADT claim that it will cost a four figure sum for me to stop the contract but won’t acknowledge that I allege they are in breach by not providing goods and services. Don’t touch with a barge pole. Terrible terrible terrible.

Excellent service received from Matthew. Matthew came out the same day and gave prior notice of his arrival. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Easy installation and peace of mind with a monitored system. As a previous ADT customer, I received a discount on equipment too. I also chose them above Verisure because of the simplicity of the process from discussion to installation. The monthly fee has increased somewhat in comparison to when I first had ADT but reliability comes at a cost so do not mind paying it.

Excellent , helpful very understanding. After the situation of poor service of Internet with Dky UK also sky executive complaints . We lost access to our cams for a bit as Internet went below 22mbps . Less than required for cams to operate. Yous sent a chap out yo sort once new provider took over guess what well over 500 maps with highest recorded at 980 plus . Proves sky sadly is ripping off consumers but charging for a service that's fraud . sti my wife gets harrased by sky instead of fixing ... ADT however your spot on

Really great service from ADT. We had to change what we originally had planned in but we now have two cameras front and rear and a bit more peace of mind. Everything was explained clearly on the day and the work carried out very promptly.

From reporting a fault on our system, an
engineer was arranged to come out the following day. Jas, the engineer was very thorough in checking and resolving the issue and with the help of Yasin in customer services, both managed to identify other issues with our account, including missed routine checks and a refund. Both Jas and Yasin were thorough and professional and provided excellent customer service. Very happy with the quick service

Spencer was absolutely fantastic, he listened to what we wanted, gave us solutions to what would work for us, was accommodating and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him.
