Fast good customer service
From reporting a fault on our system, an
engineer was arranged to come out the following day. Jas, the engineer was very thorough in checking and resolving the issue and with the help of Yasin in customer services, both managed to identify other issues with our account, including missed routine checks and a refund. Both Jas and Yasin were thorough and professional and provided excellent customer service. Very happy with the quick service

George is awesome, did a walk though of the house and discussed exactly what we would have set up, talked through options for how we can use the security system and what works best for our lifestyle and our preferences with use of the app or panel, chatted though all the alert options and what each type of alert means. Had a great natter about all sorts of other things as well! Our last house had a non-ADT alarm and there used to be a few issues with the panel just not doing quite what it was meant to. George is very clearly an expert, and when the first panel wasn’t behaving exactly as he expected, even though it was technically still working, rather than try to tinker with it which could have made me worry about its reliability, he did a very quick swap and got everything re-synced in no time. Would absolutely recommend George and ADT
