From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and offered refreshments, which immediately set the tone. The layout of the store stood out straight away and felt noticeably different from other jewellers we had visited.

In particular, the centralised production room was impressive. Being taken through the ring-making process and seeing the focus and attention to detail from the team — from cutting through to polishing — was a real highlight.

Liana then sat down with us to discuss the ring we are looking to purchase. She explained every aspect of the process in clear detail and often answered our questions before we even asked them, which really demonstrated her knowledge, experience, and professionalism in the industry.

Liana was also able to price-match our previous quote without any fuss — she reviewed it, confirmed the details, and simply said “done”.

Affinity Diamonds has provided, by far, the most outstanding customer service we have experienced compared to any other jeweller we visited. They have certainly gained a loyal customer for life.

After hearing great things about AD through a friend i decided to walk in without an appointment whilst visiting Sydney.

Whilst there Roxy sat me down and walked my partner and i through some designs and educated us all about diamonds! We had settled on a design that same day. Diamond options were then sent to us via email and our order was basically confirmed in the same week.

We were updated on every stage of the process and sent drawings and 3 renders. the ring was completed in a few weeks and it is beautiful! ring pick up appointment was hosted by Liana who was awesome and showed us the gia inscription under laser magnification.

can’t wait to come back for our wedding bands!

Roxy at Affinity Diamonds has been fantastic in helping me redesign my engagement ring.
I had a meeting with her a couple of weeks ago, now I received the diagram of what it will look like and am super excited to see the finished product.
