Our delivery and installation experience went very smoothly. Skip and Zen were friendly, organised and professional. It was reassuring to see how experienced they were as a team, manoeuvring the AGA carefully through our house and fitting it into its new home. Skip got the electrics all sorted, and Zen gave us a good beginner tour of how our AGA works. Top marks to both of them! Thank you very much Skip and Zen!

The two guys, Lak and Mark, who fitted the electric cooker where excellent. They were professional, friendly and efficient. Lak even discovered a small leak that had never been noticeable when he was capping off the gas.
Lak thoroughly explained the new appliance before leaving and told us that if we needed anything explaining again we could contact him.

Lak and Simon were fantastic.
They turned up at 7am Saturday morning as promised .
We are in the middle of decorating and there was clutter in every room .
The Two lads were more than helpful trying to work around everything .

Lak was in contact well before the AGA removal date to gather information regarding the site and answer any questions we had, which was really useful. Lak and Mark arrived as expected and were both very courteous. The AGA was removed quickly and with great efficiency and they were very mindful of the current building works. Lak has also been very communicative and informative with our electrician regarding the future installation of our new AGA, which I am now confident will go smoothly.

From the moment we ordered our AGA Masterchef from Diss Ironworks in Norfolk to it being fitted today in West Yorkshire everything has been fantastic!

The delivery and installation of my Aga was first class. Dwayne and Clive were very professional, they arrived, brought the Aga into the kitchen then carefully installed it. Care was taken to ensure the cooker was level. All of the packaging was taken away. A brilliant service- thank you

Jonny and Phil gave me very good estimate of their arrival time which was very helpful . They worked extremely hard as a team to get the very heavy Aga into place within a pretty narrow gap it fitted perfectly and they were happy to make tiny adjustments to make it square despite my uneven walls. Jonny explained the burn off procedure in detail to me which he let me video his instructions which i know will be helpful . We couldn’t turn it on as my building works aren’t finished yet .
Both Jonny and Phil were very competent and skilled at manoeuvring the Aga across the threshold and were respectful of my house walls and floors.
They were polite and charming and I would have no hesitation in recommending them and their firm.

Jackie was really prompt at dealing with my request.

AGA themselves dealt with our issue quickly efficiently and fairly in contrast to their appointed service agent who charged us over £600 call out charge which AGA addressed and refunded some to us.

This is with regards to the the two gentlemen ( Lak & Paul)that removed my old gas cooker and installed my new rangemaster cooker .
I had a call the day before giving me a range on what time they would be arriving which was great . They both arrived on the time . The service received by both gentlemen was awesome . You normally don't get a walkthrough however we did which was really nice .

Paul and Lak did an amazing install. Highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Great team.

Delivery process was good but slow ordered February received May. Had two problems on arrival the small oven door is slightly out of alignment and the magnets that hold it shut wouldn't hold until they had been unscrewed partly. The interior lining of the large oven has a hole in it responses have been slow.

Very quickly resolved issue

We have just attended a cooking demonstration morning at the Kendal store. It was very useful and informative and the food Alison created was delicious. We wanted to say thank you for a lovely morning to Alison, John, Caroline and Tracey.

Johnny & Phil were great despite difficulties re access. All good thank you.

The cooker, even though I have not used it yet, seems excellent.
