No help, won’t accept any responsibility.
The company generated the wrong surname on one of three accounts we had with them then insisted we had to pay a fee to have the problem rectified! Also refused to discuss a disputed bill with me as my name was not on that one account, even though they had spoken to my husband previously and he gave them his permission for me to act on his behalf! Avoid this provider at all costs!

I dealt with a wonderful representative, she was easy to understand, clear in her explanations of the plan.
