Rang Alinta 2nd October, to opt into Victorian government daily 3 hours free power.
Was informed by Lady in was talking to said no problems, but would have to put me on new plan which was 10 cents per kwh dearer my 8 cents for first 8 kwh on my solar input,plus cut out shoulder rate thru day and increase daily supply cost

Excellent Customer Service & Short Wait Time
The customer service person was friendly and explained everything extremely well. And unlike other energy providers I contacted, the wait time on the phone was less than a minute. Brilliant!
