Inadequate Customer Service
I recently sent in my non stick Essential 6qt pan for evaluation since the pan was no longer non stick. The pan was returned to me within a few days and I was told that All Clad was not responsible for wear and tear, and I was given instructions on how to clean this pan. I found Customer Service to be very inadequate and they did not listen to my explanation. They assumed I was cleaning the pan incorrectly, or using too high a heat instead of listening to the fact that I followed all of their instructions upon the purchase of the pan and this pan seemed to be a manufacturing fault. All Clad should stand by their product better since it does have a life time warranty. What a disappointment!
The worst customer service
The worst customer service. Returned my cookware for replacement under the class settlement lawsuit. Informed me that I elected the 50% discount for replacement, but stated I wonted a replacement set. No one ever returned my phone call. I waited weeks in between email communications. Sent all our cookware in and now I’m SOL. Won’t return my cookware and will never use this discount. Guess they made out and I’m stuck holding no pot. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Pans and pots look good. However they are not as amazing as advertised. My less expensive brands perform as well. Conclusion, not worth the money.

Spent hundreds of dollars on products from their website, one item arrived with huge scrapes all over the stainless handles. I emailed customer service to help resolve the issue. They wanted me to box everything up and go out of my way to ship them back before they would even send out the replacement. Horrible quality control and horrible customer service response. I expect much better service when buying high end products with higher price tags.

For generations All-Clad pots and pans were the best, however this is no longer. For the price, other options are a better value. The lifetime warranty is a joke, they will blame the user. Do NOT buy All-Clad!

False advertisement and lack of former quality
I had few all-clad pans for almost 15 years with 0 problems. All originally made in USA. Decided to add to my collection by buying new copper core pan. Website states "Made in USA" yet once pan arrived it stated "Bonded, Engineered and Assembled in USA". THAT IS NOT same thing as "made in USA" and quality differenced showed up on first use. Just heating chicken soup caused new pod to develop strange spots indication that it is reactive. No issues or spots with original pot that was indeed made in USA. I tried to get a refund yet customer service completely refused to acknowledge the issue and it took me a month to get just a partial refund for pot that I returned. So looks like it is no longer made in USA and if you really don't care but still want it just look on amazon for "copper core" and you will discover that same factory in China that now makes products for All-clad also sell exactly same pods and pans under LEGEND COOKWARE and MasterPRO brand names. Or as an option you can buy on Ebay that is jammer with returns to be sold and half price. Note that on Ebay you can still find the original All-clad that was made in USA just make sure seller has picture of product bottom where you see that "made in USA" and nothing else instead written there. Too bad that yet another great company is gone and used old reputation to con its customers.

The quality of the pan is subpar for a big ticket price on this product. Used this baking pan less than 5 times and the pan scratched and nonstick peeled off. The customer service said it was not covered. I only use rubber utensils on my pan so there isn’t any way it wasn’t a problem with the manufacturer of this item. Very expensive lesson learned and I do not recommend this manufacturer/product.
They will not honor their warranty
we have a 9' Perfect Egg non stick pan that had a place on it that started to peel up. We contact customer service and sent pictures. they responded that they didn't see any defects on the pan. we sent in another pick with expand view of the area and they responded that the pan had overheated and therefore is no covered. my question is if the first set of pictures sent didn't result in them saying it was overheated but the second picture did, I think they are skirting responsibility for their product.

Über Amazon die All-Cad d3 am 12.10.23 gekauft und schon über die USA am 21.10.23 geliefert bekommen. Die Pfanne hatte viele gute Bewertung, genau deshalb habe ich sie für 150 Euro + zusätzlich Steuern, 10 inch groß gekauft. Ich benutze Ghee zum anbraten und trotzdem brennt der Pfannenboden an, der Griff ist sehr heiß und leider habe ich mich am Deckelgriff verbrannt. So eine teure Pfanne und so schwache Qualität. Eine Aldi oder Lidl Pfanne ist da nicht schlechter. Keine Kaufempfehlung!
great build quality and lasts a while
bought the all clad d3 pan for my mother and it was superb. build quality was out of this world and superb great to see a US company actually making pans in the US instead of the cheap Chinese knock offs. In terms of wear and tear these are significantly superior to Green Pan and Hexclad in terms of durability . All in all i would recommend these pans to anyone looking for something that lasts pick a US made pan instead of cheap Chinese tat
Fine customer service after delay
After radio silence for 24h+ on my request for a return (unlike most companies), I received approval and a label and the rest seems to be straightforward. It's just old-fashioned in that it doesn't happen right away.

Their return process is ridiculous. They have an online request form but it was not able to find my order. When I emailed customer service, they said they have submitted a return request on my behalf and that I would receive the return form within 3-7 business days. It is now the 8th business day and I am still awaiting the return form. I asked for an updated status and they said I would receive it by the end of the week. I asked how I will receive the form, and they did not answer the question. If you try calling rather than emailing their customer service, you will get an extended wait time. Their website should be capable of taking care of the return request instantly. All of this seems like an effort to prevent you from returning the item within the required 45-day period.

It is extremely difficult to get someone on email or the phone to respond. Do NOT do business with this company. They are operating on the border of scam behavior. One of the most unprofessional companies out there. I will no longer buy their products, and I do not recommend that others do business with them.

fusiontec is not dishwasher safe
I bought 4 all-clad fusiontec pots. The instructions say "dishwasher safe". They are not. The pots have a lifetime warranty. I contacted customer service. They said it was from "overuse" of the dishwasher. What exactly is overuse of the dishwasher for something that is advertised as dishwasher safe? Stay away from these expensive pots.

I returned items and they told me that the packaging/box was missing for one of the items. I told them that it didn’t come with a box and the withheld $30 for this. They are liars and deceitful. Do not do business with them!!
