after buying what I thought was a great on, I had to return for warranty repair. it has now been 2 years since I sent in my return and I still dont have a replacement. they keep saying it is approved but nothing ever arrives. customer service is terrible. I will NEVER buy All Clad again.

In full disclosure you should let people know your 10-piece D5 sets only come with 9 pieces. If asked about the 10th piece, customer service will ask you to provide proof with pics, receipt, and the pan must be unused.

I ordered a pan that never arrived. I contacted customer service three times and was ultimately told that they would not send the pan nor issue a refund, but that I was welcome to contact my bank to dispute the credit card charge "if that is convenient." It is a shame because we like the two All Clad pans that we already have, but will never purchase another since there is no guarantee that we will receive pans in exchange for money!

I ordered a set of non stick pots and pans in June 2022 and I already experiencing problems with the coating. I contacted customer service and was informed "
We have reviewed the images provided. Unfortunately we did not find a manufactures defect with the pan. There is some small pitting on the pan, which can be caused by utensils or the use of salt. We regret to inform we cannot cover the pan under the terms of our limited lifetime warrant". I've only used silicone utensils and have followed All Clad instructions of hand washing, etc. Very disappointed with this product and customer support. I asked about returning the entire set for a refund and this can only be done within 30 days of purchase and items must be unused and in the original packing!

All-Clad customer service is beyond terrible. I bought a Teflon square 11' pan. Within the first 6 months the Teflon started to come off. All I've heard were excuses and had to call several times to speak with a supervisor. Seems to me All-Clad has a serious problem in hiring warranty people with the right temperament for the job. They just lost a good customer over a 50.00 pan.

If you purchase the d7 slow cooker, it will be used. The d7-line has been out of production for some time; you are getting an item that was originally purchased and sent back to All-Clad to be sold again as “new”.
These “remainders” are priced to sell, but they’re not being honest with what you’re getting. All-Clad says you can return the item, but when I attempted, they balked and said they were “undermanned”, and that generating a shipping label would take a month…..!?!
She stated that All-Clad needs to review the “case” (I sent pics of the used piece). To add insult to injury, she told me they’d deduct $10.00 for the return shipping label. The upshot: I never received the return shipping label that I was promised.
All-Clad’s customer service is wholly ignorant of the their own return policy; they were especially rude to me when I asked them basic questions for which they had no answer.
I did not expect this kind of treatment from a revered company, but you can see from previous comments this bad service is not uncommon. I only wish I had checked out All-Clad.com’s customer ratings before I plopped downed a sizable chunk of change.

l always want to buy made in the USA, but in this case, I’ll pass.

I ordered this waffle maker on June 20. It arrived with a dent. All Clad says send it back. I did. I get an email back stating this waffle maker is on back order until October. I said I want my money back, Italia, the customer service rep tells me no because it was under warranty. THE ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. It was sent back two days after I got it!!! Never used it. I checked online today, I saw the same waffle maker in stock!! How can it be on back order and in stock at the same time??? I don’t want to wait until October!!! I want my money back!!! All Clad sent a LEMON AND THEY ARE NOT UPHOLDING THEIR OWN RETURN POLICY. I believe they are taking the lemon they sent me, having it repaired, and I won’t get it until October. I’m furious with how they are handling this.

The website does not work. I am trying to buy $500 worth of all-clad cooking pots and the website doesn't work. I then called the customer service and after waiting 20 min, no one would answer. They just lost my business.

I have had the set on non-stick pans for over 11 years. The small 8' pan started to stick around year 4 but got worse over the years. I was going back to Pittsburgh where their manufacturing facility is located.I thought it might be an easy trade. I was told I would have to call customer service in NJ which I did. I was lucky one time after 5 minutes waiting on the phone to speak to someone. I was told to send pictures in and they would get back to me the next day. I have called so many times and CS never picks up. I finally received an email after 14 days letting me know that they were not going to cover the warranty but I could still send it in. If you have anything wrong customer service is a nightmare.. not worth the money

I love, love, love this company and its products.
I was pretty sure my All-Clad pan was defective. Granted it was 18 years old but every crepe was cooking unevenly in exactly the same way. A friend told me that All-Clad had a life-time guarantee so I contacted them. They sent me a label to mail them my pan and within 2 weeks I received a brand new pan to replace my 18 yr old one. Gotta love that!

I purchased a cookware at All Clad website. When checking out, I was redirected to Homeandcooksales.com - sales department of All Clad website.

I choose to check out with my amazon account. The payment didn't go through with some reason on their end. Four days after I ordered, I received an email from All Clad saying that the payment is not completed because of the invalid payment info on my Amazon account. As instructed in the email, I contacted Amazon and credit card company. My account had no issue. Amazon rep checked all transaction, but she didn't see any transaction history with All-Clad in my account (i.e. no charge attempt, no pending transaction). With Amazon rep's explanation, it's clear to me that the all-clad website had some issue with processing my order through Amazon. However, the customer service insists that their site is nothing wrong. They have no fault and not even check my account or try to investigate. They said that I have to resolve this issue with Amazon or bank.

They didn't even accept different payment method or cancel my order. All they said is 1) I solve the issue with amazon or bank, or 2) remain in 'pending' status forever.

Based on the fact that it took a couple of days for them to reach me out, my amazon account/credit card have no issue, and they don't accept the different payment method, the sales even was all fake and/or the running out of the inventory, even though they don't admit any fault.

Dishonest company and very rude customer support agents. Agents kept shouting, not even listening me.
