I ordered online a solid wood bullnose for the top of my stairs and it is the exact colour I needed... Delivery was within 4 days and it came carefully wrapped. Highly recommend

Fastest order and delivery .
I was surprised by the fast delivery as I'm in Scotland and that usually means two days minimum (for 1 day delivery). I had a question on the type of Osmo I'd chosen and this too was answered speedily and helpfully. I have now used the osmo oil and am delighted with the clear satin finish which I had been unsure about. Excellent all round experience would definitely use this company next time.

Excellent service
Very helpful on the phone: I received some free scotia samples within 48 hours. Having found a good match, I ordered several lengths which were competitively priced, well packaged, and delivered promptly. The scotia appears to be of very good quality: easy to saw with mitre cuts without fraying the patterned veneer, and easy to pin to skirting board without splitting.

The flooring looks great although we…
The flooring looks great although we havent laid it yet. Delivery was difficult, coming a day later than scheduled and then refusing to help to offload. I had to carry 29 packs into my house and then the driver threw the palette into our skip, refusing to take it with him when he left.

Dameged goos shipped
I bought 5 stair nosings When I unwrapped the cardboard tube 3 of the nosing were badly split. Whoever packed them must has seen the were damaged and I am amazed they were sent.
