Quick delivery and great customer service. I was looking for a specific shade of wood to match my flooring, they have listened and delivered promptly. Any issues quickly answered promptly and rectified in a speedy manner. Great! Will definitely visit again.

I looked around for the right wood and…
I looked around for the right wood and wood colour, feel onto Ambience Hardwood Flooring, and they sent me some samples, I then ordered and the process was simple, however after the order I forgot to put the delivery date for a day I would be home, again customer service and "Vaughan" replied to my message straight away and arrange delivery for a day I was in no bother at all, just had it turned up and so far so good its lovely.

Very pleased with the flooring
Very pleased with the flooring, i havent fitted the flooring yet, i was kept upto date when it would arrive, the delivery driver was very help full too bringing all the boxes to my front door as the pallet they where shipped on would not fit through my gate

Good price and great service
Good price, the only place I could find a long enough threshold in wood. Delivery was quick and the delivery company DX were brilliant, very flexible and good communication. I had a slight issue with the precise cutting of the wood but Ambience customer service was fantastic, very quick to respond and resolve the issue quickly. Overall very happy.

Customer service and after care
All the team were very friendly and knowledgeable making the experience pleasurable.When we got home with our oil the tint was was too dark but the team gave us some samples which aided us to exchange for our our needs . Would recommend to others .

Easy ordering and speedy delivery make Ambience a winner
Ambience offers a wide range of products , everything I needed and some I didn't know I needed. Ordering online and payment is easy and delivery , unlike many of their rivals , was on date and on time. A pleasure dealing with them, which I am sure I will do again

Helpful amazing company
Just absolutely amazing I've used these guys a few times and they never fail to impress ,this time I needed floor glue I ordered some the bag was burst on arrival it was quick and simple to fix and the replacement arrived faster than they said it would .. absolute life savers ,brilliant informative friendly staff too
