I do find the company a very good company. Had a few jobs done by them and they did exellent work. I had lost my invoice and needed a new one. It took me a couple of phone calls and emails to eventually get someone to resend it to me.

Another year has whipped by and Mellors cam to service my boiler again.
tradesman arrived as planned was really pleasant and informative.
Left house tidy.
Not overpriced.

They did the work as agreed on time and provided all the certificates with their invoice.

The team (engineers and office staff) very helpful and accomadating in my emergency. Having had another company come round that miss-diagnosed the issue A Mellor got things sorted. I would use them again.

The plumber was here for about 10 minutes , the problem still continues & I felt the call-out charge was a bit high.

The plumber are all good at what they do and behave like your’ local plumber ‘. So friendly , easy going but know what they doing . However they are backing up by a larger company who have all the know how and tech expertise to support . Excellent

Amazing service. Having prev let down by 2 plumbers we didn’t think a big company would be interested in our shower unit that just needed replacing. How wrong, they said they could do it that day, gave me a time slot & Kieron arrived promptly. Work done with no problems, a very tidy, polite worker. Thank you 5*

They came to deal with my leaking radiator promptly and efficiently and resolved the problem without delay.

Replace washer on leaking pipe, replace broken toilet ballcock.
On time, polite, job done with minimal fuss.

Harrison the plumber turned up on time was very polite and did a good job in replacing shower unit . Left everything neat and tidy and clean .

I’ve had Mellor for serviceing and lots of small plumbing jobs wouldn’t use any one else , from when you ring the lovely lady who answers is so helpful and easy to talk to ,they are not cheap but are very reliable always on time do a good job and are nice lads any problems they are back right away
