Its past tge 45 day mark supposedly too they said because I waited to open it because I was out of town and then had an emergency was in hospital then finally got home and tried it out nd it was used pedal, cab looked used and sent wrong type of amp. An el34 not 6l6 iconic. Im paying the debt I guess, but I will be behind by alot because I had to buy different gear. Bad experience. Open your stuff immediately, check to see if it was used and repackaged, check that they send you the correct order ect.

That being said for my trouble they sent me a gig bag at no charge

So I bought what I thought was a brand new Denon DJ Prime 4 Plus for $2,200. Wrong! Because I use it in poorly lit conditions, I never noticed the paint coming off the black screws around the fader. The only way I noticed it was because the fader would start moving to the right side without me doing anything. I then turned the lights on to look it over, and there it was: screws that had been tampered with. You know, when someone uses a screwdriver on painted screws, the paint comes off and you can see silver.

Well, thinking I was dealing with a great company, I explained this to the representative, and he then told me I had a few months left to get the warranty company to fix it. I'm like, "What do you mean!?" I'm calling to inform you and make a complaint that I wasn't sold new equipment; it was open and damaged. Still, I was told to call them because there was nothing they could do about it. I called the warranty company for weeks and never got in contact with anybody—nobody, somebody—no return calls. I have been trying, but I haven't found any solution for my issues. It's past the warranty date, and I'm stuck with bad equipment from American Music and no help! It's safe to say I will continue to spread the word on reviews, social media, Reels, YouTube, and X. I have proof, and I will detail in video and pictures that this equipment was already damaged.

I was able to get a guitar that I've been dreaming about since I was a kid with the AMS 6-month payment plan, and I can't express my satisfaction enough. There was an error processing my online order, however, sales rep Dylan quickly reached out and was able to rectify the issue, offer a humble, much appreciated discount and complete the transaction. AMS has another customer for life! I'm loving this axe.

I've been using AMS for the last few years and have always had a great experience! With my last purchase (A Tele), I called Glenn, who is always the rep that follows up when I'm done with purchases, before I purchased. I got a great price for the tele, shipping was prompt, and I couldn't be more happy with the purchase. Every time I grab gear from AMS, it's a world-class experience.

I appreciate the service and payment plan option. I read recently about payment plan hidden issues w some plans/providers. I don’t know about fines or penalties if you default so if you might default I suggest saving up and paying in full. Bad credit sucks ducks.
I had no issues from AMS in managing my payment plan and was notified upon final payment. I like it so far. I like the open box deals the most.

My online experiences with AMS has so far been positive and thier customer service is excellent. I live in Guam (US Territory) with very limited access to the gear that I wanted. AMS made it possible for me to get the gear I need, plus thier finacial options are flexible and at a affordable price point. So far I've purchased two basses and an amp, and each time they ship, its fast and reliable. I highly recommend AMS
