American Musical Supply Reviews

American Musical Supply is hands down one of the best music gear retailers out there. Prices are competitive, and everything I’ve ordered has arrived quickly and well packaged. What really sets them apart is their customer service-knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned musician. The payment options make it easy to get the gear you need without stress, and their return process is straightforward. I highly recommend American Musical Supply to anyone serious about making music.

Ive purchased ALOT from them thanks to their great financing options...and they have fast shipping. 1 guy that works there stands out ..his name is Zack..hes enthusisatic and very helpful...he cares! (Rare these days).. ive had to call them on a few occassions and i'll have say that the others that ive talked with are almost the exact opposite! Kinda odd!...so when ya call ask for Zack! Youll be glad ya did..

I've been a customer since 2000 or so. I've bought numerous basses, amps and accessories. I keep coming back to AMS for the payment plans, selection and customer service. I have 26 basses now and there is no foreseeable end to my addiction, so..see you again sometime!
