I’ve never had a bad experience w/ AMS and this BOSS SD-1 is actually more pleasing to my ear than I’d anticipated. Why buy a Blues Driver or Tube Screamer when this is $40-50.00 cheaper?

Up until the day before yesterday I would have given them a 4 or 5 star review as I have been a customer for a number of years and bought a number of guitars and other equipment from them.. .
I have been looking at a guitar they carry and noticed it listed at a 200 dollar discount.. I thought about it for most of a week and decided to buy it..
But when I added it to my cart the Price went Up to its original price. Tried a few times same thing so called their customer service, Customer service person was polite but told me they would only honor the original price , even though the Price I was trying to buy it at was still on the website . Always thought they had to sell at their Advertised Price !

10/16 AMS sent me a request for my email etc through Trust pilot I imagine to prove I was a customer but it has been well over a week and nothing from them .. The person asking below doesn't provide a way to contact them so why ask! I have both of what you ask but no way to contact you ...
I was rather surprised at the request from AMS through this site .But nothing came from it so why they bothered who knows

OK I was contacted by AMS , they asked me to call them I did and was asked if I had a screen shot of the listing of the guitar at the price I mentioned, I did and sent it to them .
They offered to sell me the guitar at the price it had been listed for and I agreed and bought the guitar. I have since received it and am happy with the transaction.. I am changing my review to reflect AMS making this right .. As I said i have bought a number of guitars from them in the past and likely will buy from them in the future ..

I have been purchasing from AMS since 2020. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. The terms are straight forward and consistent. The only criticism that I can think of is the payment due date is different because they charge on a 28 day cycle. Although, they may have changed it by now- which would be great! But I do plan on purchasing from here again- and you should too!

I have been purchasing equipment from AMS for a couple of years and everything about the process as well as the products is absolutely splendid. Great products for great prices.
