Wonderful service from Claire Pays and Nicola Curtis at the west Wickham branch. Had a difficult sale with some unexpected events. Claire and Nicola kept in regular contact and worked hard to ensure the sale progressed. Happily recommend them to anyone buying/ selling their property.

I came to Carole in the worst possible set of circumstances which was having to fight for access in the family courts for access to my son, from the very first meeting right up until when I was awarded what we set out for which was a lives with order , this would not of been possible with out having Carole to guide me through her experience and attention to detail is priceless I cannot recommend her enough nor thank her enough.

Geetha was professional and helpful. The process was very slow and communication could have been better (I had to do a lot of chasing), but I appreciated Geetha’s persistence with the seller’s solicitors particularly towards the end of the process.

This was my fourth house move, so I’ve had experience with several conveyancing solicitors in the past. I was very pleased with the service I received from Amphlett Lissimore, especially the regular communication and support from Nicola Curtis, with assistance from Jasmine Dunne and supervision by Claire Pays. The team managed both my sale and purchase.

During the sale, Nicola was particularly helpful in dealing with a number of queries from the buyers. She helped us remain firm and assertive, but always courteous, which meant we didn’t have to make unnecessary concessions and the sale went through smoothly. On the purchase side, Nicola also gave clear and practical advice after completion, especially around the requirement for vacant possession.

I was referred to Dona Awano, Solicitor to support with the extension of the lease on my flat. I am really grateful for all the support provided by Dona, and Helena Cavanagh, Leasehold Enfranchisement Assistant. They were both friendly and helpful. We used Claire as our conveyancer for purchasing our first home and she was incredible. Both her and her assistant were very responsive and professional and we had no doubt over the quality of her work. Hopefully we never have to buy another house again but if we did, we will go straight back to her as she made the process a lot easier.

I used Amphlett Lissimore for the purchase of a property in Tooting with Joe Matthews out of the Crystal Palace office. Joe and team were great keeping me regularly updated on the purchase of my new home. He many times would respond to my emails and many questions the same day which made me feel assured that things were progressing. Fees were also better then some other solicitors in London. I would highly recommend.
