The customer service was absolutely amazing after the postal service misdelivered my parcel and couldn't locate it for me. Not only did ABH customer service immediately phone them and have the situation fixed on the same day but through all the confusion they even prepared a new order to replace the items. Absolutely amazing service especially in the times we are in right now, would absolutely recommend ordering through them.

I ordered the Nicole Guerriero palette but it arrived broken, I contacted ABH customer service and they were amazing! I took a photo of my broken product as they requested and they immediately replaced it. Their customer service has been amazing, they dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently. Thank you

I got the new Amrezy palette yesterday, everything worked perfectly.
In few days (less than a week) I sent my first email informing the received damaged palette (see other review) and received back the intact palette.
I need to mention that it was my first online order to ABH but it will not be the last one for sure, with this perfect customer care service :-)
Ultra fast on the email reply, on delivery and on solving the problem.

Great quality of products and great service! I did order ABH cosmetics from their online shop several times. Last one order was missed by courier company. I did contact ABH and they did send a new one item by express post. Yestearday I did get also that missed package (after 2 month). I did contact ABH to inform about this and they kindly offered to leave it. I love all the products I did try so much. And I love how the guys from customer service work!

I recieved my Amrezy pallete today and it unfortunately arrived damaged. I sent photos to ABH and they replied within half an hour confirming they had sent a replacement. Even though the replacement hasn't yet arrive I am very impressed with their customer service and the prompt response that I got from the team! Super impressed.

Amazing! Not only is the quality of products great, the customer care team is very helpful! I have ordered a palette vault and one of the palettes had a broken eyeshadow. After sending them email with pictures, I was assured that another palette is on its way and, indeed, the same day I have received an email confirming that a new palette has been sent. I have received my palette very quickly, this one is perfect :) very pleasant experience, I highly recommend.

Really impressed with the customer service, my order arrived with a slightly damaged item (cracked eyeshadow) and the very same day my issue was resolved by agent named Daniel and I was sent a replacement. For the time of the year and it being just after New Year, I am really pleased with how it was handled - very professional and unlike other online retailers who take days between each email, and question you if you find an item unsatisfactory.

Unfortunately my order got lost on the way by DHL. After contacting the customer service I quickly received a replacement without any problems. Thanks again for the friendly and uncomlicated help.

I love ABH and have been purchasing from them for many years without any issues. This year, I placed a Black Friday order that included a deal where you received a free magnetic palette with the purchase of 6 single shadows. The palette showed as in my basket throughout the payment process until I received my order completion where it was not included in my item list.
I contacted customer services immediately to make sure that it would be included in my order. They responded very quickly stating that they would look into this for me. Unfortunately, when my order arrived the magnetic glitter palette was missing. I simply replied to the original email I sent enquiring as to whether it would be included and was told that a replacement would be sent out. I received the palette just a few days later.
The customer service team was great and always replied quickly. If you have never ordered from ABH before I wouldn’t let the negative reviews put you off.

I ordered two items for Black Friday and only one of them came. I called customer service and she immediately ordered me a replacement with expedited shipping. She was so kind and handled the situation quickly. Could not have asked for better customer service!

I am so impressed with the customer service I have been provided, my order arrived with a damaged item (assuming the couriers fault rather than ABH) and the very next day my issue was resolved! For the time of the year and it being just after Black Friday I honestly can’t believe how quickly my issue got resolved. I understand mistakes can happen but it was all handled so professionally.... 100% recommend!

I love ABH. I regularly purchase high end skincare and makeup products but I'm new to this brand. And I am not disappointed. I have purchased everything from liquid foundation, brushes and blush and love it all. But, the real surprise was the excellent customer service e.g. before I made my first purchase, the gentleman I spoke to couldn't be more helpful and answered my query. My orders have been processed and dispatched quickly and I have received them 24hrs after the dispatch notification. This week, I ordered a number of items including bronzer. Everything was perfect except for the bronzer which had been damaged in transit. I took some photos of the entire order to show all was well with those as well as the damaged item and attached them to an email to the customer service team last night. First thing this morning, I received an email of apology (these things happen but the team are SO nice) to advise a replacement has been dispatched. This company sells products that are of an exceptionally high quality. What's rare here is the customer service exceeds expectations. If you are considering shopping with this brand, go for it - you will not be disappointed.
