I cannot praise them enough. It’s so upsetting and stressful when your pet is unwell but the whole team is kind considerate and caring from the minute you arrive. I cannot praise them enough and I am so grateful to all of them. Georgina is amazing, she doesn’t greet me first she greets George and then me I love that, she explains everything in a way I can understand and George loves and trusts her too. That said every one there has a clear passion and love for animals, That’s what I love about this practice and I cannot thank them enough for all they do. Highly recommend, and I do, all the time. Thank you so so much x

Couldn't book online appt after Registering,had to go into the Practice, did get an appt for evening , Bloods taken ,Vet going on holiday next day, said someone would ring me next day that was 8 days ago n still Waiting, IV rang Twice n called in practice , told same some one ring me later, STILL WAITING ,IV paid for a Service I Shouldn't have to Chase results ! Very disappointed 😞☹️

Went for an appointment regarding my dogs teeth knowing he has missing ones and maybe loose ones the vet checked him and he is now booked in for treatment had price and procedure explained lovely vet and staff only problem parking was difficult busy car park.

My last dog (an amazing Westie) was registered at the Blackbunlrn practice, and he was always treated in the most amazing way. He wasn't frightened of the vets, like he was at the previous one. When it came to end of life we were obviously so heartbroken and so upset, and they treated us both in the most caring and informative way. At the end we were taken to a calm room and left as long as we needed to, and the vet was so gentle and understanding when she returned. We now have a bulldog and we took her for her first visit on Friday. She loved the vet to bits as she treated her the same. They are amazing vets, and I will never change.

Taken my French bulldog Freddie today to the Barnsley branch with an aural haematoma. I cannot thank the staff enough. They kept him in for surgery under sedation and placed a drain, the care he received today was second to non. They have done an amazing job. I have been to a different vets recently with the same issue and Freddie did not get this level of care and attention. Thank you to all the staff who looked after Freddie today. You have restored my faith in the vets again.

I'm happy to take my animals to Animals Trust in Blackburn. They all ways look after my animals 😄

Once again the place is very clean and staff are brilliant. And put me and my dog at ease.

Ian on the reception was ace and another lady who was also on reception same time on Friday afternoon was funny.
Her and Ian make a great double act as they have friendly banter between them and us and that really helps to lighten the mood but still very efficient and professional when customers are stressed.

The staff are welcoming and supportive and polite. The reception area is clean and well maintained. The the treatment room the staff were professional, explaining what they were doing and helpful with any questions

Received incredible care and attention when my three German Shepherd dogs were spayed. Staff are kind and approachable and very informative.
Surgery and after care is absolutely first class.

My cat was admitted to the hospital for 4 days due to a urine blockage. They were thorough in their examinations and care for him and he has now fully recovered. Excellent, friendly service from all the staff and not ripped off like other vets. I'd definitely recommend anyone to take their pet to Animal Trust as they truly care for your pet.

OUR DOG WAS NOT VERY WELL BUT WE VISITED ANIMAL TRUST IN DEWSBURY AND WE SAW LAUREN SMITH WILSON WHO IS A VERY GOOD VET. SHE TOLD US ABOUT EVERYTHING SHE COULD DO FOR OUR DOG WHO IS CALLED JACK , A LABRADOR. SHE KNEW A LOT ABOUT LABRADOR DOGS AND EXPLAINED EVERY THING SHE COULD GIVE US TO HELP HIM AND AFTER ONE DAY IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING I KNOW IT IS EARLY DAYS YET BUT WE ARE VERY CONFIDENT THE VET WORKED WELL . THANK YOU FOR TAKING A LOT OF WORRY AND STRESS OFF US.

Great practice i was seen very quickly the vet was amazing with my dog, and explained everything to me. the place is lovely and clean im super happy with the service

Leah the Vet ,was really nice ,nice to my Dog .Would hope she would be the one ,to attend to my Dog ,if needed in the Future .

Booked online, a routine appointment at the Wrexham branch but upon calling reception to ask for some advice until my appointment in a few days time the receptionist offered me a sooner appointment that afternoon. The vet was lovely, explained everything to me in detail and explained that she would like to see my dog in a further 2 weeks to check on progress.
The only thing I would have liked is for them to be more transparent with prices when going through a treatment plan (understand this is down to me too not asking).

friendly helpful staff no long wait to make an appointment and always help with emergency if it arises. Good 24 hour service and the Vets have always been caring with the four dogs and two cats that I have taken there. Over the past seven years. My animals are all the rescue animals and have been looked after with Care and compassion. Highly recommended.
