I would not recommend this practice if you are an animal lover and your pet is your family. My dog was very ill all of a sudden so we took him to the vet they found he had cancer and the mass has burst and knowing very well that when cancer burst it will spread to other organs still didn’t advise me they just said they can operate on him to try and save them knowing that it’s not going to save them and when I asked what do you think I should do? The vet then said to me I can’t tell you what to do. It’s gonna have to be your decision because the new very well but I’ll feel pressured because I love my dog and I would do anything to save him. My dog lasted 4 days before he died in agony. I think they only care about the business and not the animals. Also they microchipped my puppy in the hip era on his stomach and tried to cover it up by saying it moved when the chip was there swollen and visible.

We took my beautiful bull fog for a check up as she was out of sorts and dribbling .. the Italian/spanish vet said it may be tooth ache and said they Dribble if we have better food than the dog. He said if it’s a bad tooth it will fall out anyway so no treatment needed .!!

One week later my poorly dog was obviously not well , she was not engaging and didn’t want to go on a walk , so we went to the vets again . This time they wanted to admit her for a scan and made sure we paid £535 before we left . Later that day the vet who was lovely said Missy had had a ruptured tumour cancer and was unable to come home as she was riddled in cancer ,that afternoon 14th october she had to go to sleep,our world was destroyed as this was out of the blue .. I rang the next day 15th to say we would like my little girl privately cremated the lady gave us /options a scattering tube or a casket . We Decided on a casket we asked what it was like and she described it to us and said it would take about 2weeks … 2 weeks and a day passed a we had not heard any news so we rang them for an up date .. Omg the worst news they had not done anything with my little girl and the idiot staff had not processed the way forward and that asked us again what we wanted tube or casket .. fuming is not the word TELFORD branch you should be ashamed !!! We have been waiting for our baby to come home you you careless people could not even be bothered to ring us to asked what we wanted snd you have left her in the freezer waiting for us to chase . You are a disgrace !!!!! We have been in tears again all day knowing you have just left her and the stupid member of staff had not carried out the pricess after we actually told her we wanted a casket !!!! We are heartbroken enough without this additional unnecessary pressure caused from incompetence staff!!!! You deserve this 1 star review … pet friendly what a joke.

I have taken considerable time before writing this review because I wanted to resolve my concerns directly with Animal Trust first.

I pursued the practice’s formal complaints procedure and appeal, hoping to receive a satisfactory explanation and some acknowledgement of my concerns. Unfortunately, despite the time and effort I have put into trying to resolve matters, I remain disappointed with the outcome.

I subsequently approached the Veterinary Client Mediation Service in the hope that an independent process might help, but the practice declined to participate.

I have deliberately avoided writing a public review until now because I wanted to give the practice every reasonable opportunity to address my concerns privately. I was looking for a meaningful explanation, acknowledgement of my concerns and reassurance that any shortcomings would be recognised and lessons learned.

I am not seeking to blame an individual member of staff. I wanted my concerns about my cat’s care to be taken seriously and properly considered. It is disappointing to have reached this point without feeling that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved.

I hope the practice reflects on my experience, particularly the importance of listening to owners, communicating clearly and ensuring that complaints are handled in a way that gives clients confidence their concerns have been properly considered.

 Animal trust Telford, the most wonderful place when you have to go because you’re in trouble or your pet is. Visited twice and the understanding of compassion from the staff is amazing even the Vet commented we have amazing staff the nurses et cetera are wonderful and I couldn’t agree more. Both times the advice in the care has been above and beyond. I can’t say enough about them. And I just wish to thank them for all the help, understanding, and compassion.

Amazing vet practice. Today we didn’t see our usual vet Gethan who my big black Labrador adores! We seen Sarah who was so good with Rex who can be boisterous at best of times. She explained everything and did not rush. Think Gethan may have a rival now with Rex 😂 thank you Sarah and the nurses and receptionists who put up with him when he causes chaos. Have been at many vet practices over the years and even though have moved about 50 mile round trip from here would never dream of moving Rex to a new practice.

Great vets and reception staff very helpful supportive and dedicated to the care of the animals. I had to take in my mummy cat and her 3 kittens as they have cat flu. Easy to make an appointment and was seen on time. Thank you.

Staff very friendly and took time to listen to me and examine my dog. I felt very satisfied that the treatment was explained and the right one. The option to contact them at once if I had any concerns. The waiting area was very clean and no heavy smells, booking in system very straight forward and the waiting time was only a few minutes. Card payments only. Overall quality service.

Cannot speak highly enough of Animal Trust Birkenhead.
From the ease and availability of parking,including a charge point for electric vehicles, to the immaculate waiting area with a designated area for cats this vet practice is ace.
The vets I have met have been great, putting my dog and myself at ease, explaining everything I need to know clearly, including costs.
All the staff have been friendly and helpful so thankyou.

The staff were so welcoming, reassuring, and easy to talk to, and the clinic was spotless. The team was extremely knowledgeable and the vet looked after my dog amazingly! We had a brilliant experience.

Great visit to Animal Trust Ashton as always. The vet was very friendly, knowledgeable and interacted with my dog, Eddie. He was only there for a medication review but the vet took extra time to answer my questions about his nails and advise me on the best thing to do. I’ve been with Animal Trust for years and I’ve never been disappointed 🤩

The vet Olivia put me and my fur baby at ease. Very helpful and kind to us both.

Very clean building very spacious plenty of staff,my 1st time at animal trust,staff seemed very pleasant and warm friendly,and not in for profit so in my opinion they are doing a great job for people and there pets we need more of these.👏👏👏

I have so much confidence that my Working Cocker, Arnie will get a detailed check when I take him to St Helens Animal Trust vets ,my dog Arnie gets very excited and he starts panting heavy so I left him in the car went and checked him in and asked of they could give me a shout when it was time to go in for the vet, Andre to examine his heart and breathing but to check him while he was calm he came out and done his checks outside to get a true evaluation of his condition then took him inside and was very thorough and caring, spent alot more time with him than my previous vets and listened to my concerns .I couldn't ask for more ,plus the receptionist's were very polite and helpful and the whole place was spotless as you would expect.

Excellent service throughout from front desk who greet you politely to appointment with vet who took the time to listen to any concerns I had over my pet and gave advice without trying to push for medication or treatment

Every time I go i find All staff excellent informative and explain every question.

Good vet practice vetenary staff 1st class a credit to the organisation. Would highly recommend.

So glad i have joined Animal Trust the extra few miles to get there is worth it. The vets are great with my dogs very knowledgeable and free consultations eases the pressure of extortionate vet bills

Took my schnauzer Murphy for castrasion operation yesterday all the team members from vets to reception staff were brilliant all are very nice happy people who care and look after our pets would recommend Bolton animal trust to anyone who is looking for a veterinarian also good price and don’t rip off customers

Had to wait 40 minutes after the appointment time and when I saw the vet they were terrible so I will definitely finding a new vet
