I have purchased many bracelets over the years and absolutely love this jewelry. BUT I have found every single bracelet ends up snapping. I only wear them on special occasions probably once a month. I literally get them out of my jewelry box and they are snapped! So be warned they don't have a long wearable sell by date!

Not only do I love and own many Annie Haak bracelets, rings and earrings, but their service is exceptional too. When my boyfriend bought me a ring that was too big, they paid return shipping, fixed it and sent it back, all with 4 days. Very friendly and helpful service!

I got 1 bracket restrung at a well known jewellers, I only done this because it was right on my doorstep but omg the difference was like chalk and cheese.
In hind sight I should’ve sent it to Annie Haak in the first instance, a lesson learnt

Husband ordered an Annie Haak bracelet…
Husband ordered an Annie Haak bracelet stack of 3 from another company selling Annie Haak products. Looked stunning online. However when it arrived it was so tiny and insignificant looking for the price paid, very disappointing and not the special piece of jewellery I had envisaged. Online photos are enlarged so the bracelets look deceivingly larger than they are, beads look bigger when infact they are very tiny. Pretty but too expensive for what they are.

My husband bought me one of Annie’s bracelets for my 60th birthday. I love it and wear it constantly. Sadly I had a problem with one of the chains but the customer service team was amazing. They took the bracelet back, repaired and returned it very quickly. No fuss, so efficient and helpful.

Ordered a bracelet from Annie Haak website - for some reason the delivery details were incorrect on the order confirmation - but I sent an email to them and it was answered immediately by Martina. Not only did she correct the error she also arranged for the item to be dispatched immediately so it would arrive in time for the recipient's birthday. You do not see this type of customer care these days. Thank you Martina.

A great company to deal with
The customer service from Martina at this company is excellent. I sent my bracelet back this company to have it restrung. The day they received the parcel from me they sent a reasonable quote of £19.95 by email which I accepted & paid for. Martina from the company told me it could take upto three weeks to do the work & return the bracelet to me. I emailed saying I was going on holiday shortly & if they could do the work sooner I would appreciate it. The very next day I received the clean & restrung bracelet back. My bracelet is 10 years old but now looks brand new. Thank you to Martina & Annie Haak Designs.

Almost 2 years ago I purchased the silver sunflower necklace & the silver rose necklace. Both of the clasps have broken in this time. They’d been soldered on, so I can’t imagine how they could be fixed. I’ve worn the one once & the other twice. Not what I would call quality, although they were such beautiful pieces. Reason for late review is because I’d put them away & forgotten about them. However, not all is lost as I’ve also found in my little stash some silVan eve chains (which I’ve had since the 80s) so I’ve put the sunflower & rose on them.

I have been buying many Annie Haak bracelets for at least 10 years! I wear them constantly, really! they are co comfortable. I have about 7 now, and get so many compliments. Always my go to, for friends birthdays.
I have arthritis and it was very sad when I had to have my rings cut off, because of swollen joints. I was browsing Annie’s site and saw the elastic rings, they are sooo pretty, I can easily get them on but they say inplace with my, still skinny fingers. I’ve started stacking them, so stunning and comfortable, thanks Annie and her fantastic customer service team, nothing is too much trouble. A1***** service.

1st class customer service, very quick to reply to me when I realised my order wouldn’t arrive on time and it was all sorted within a few emails and my parcel was even sent out for next day delivery so that I received it on time for when I needed it. Great customer service! I ordered a bracelet last year (love Annie Haak bracelets) and this week ordered another but I had trouble with the order going through. I contacted them by email and have been so impressed with the customer service. They reply super quickly and have manually placed my order and sorted my account so that I won't have a problem in the future. This is my 3rd bracelet, the 1st one I found in a shop local to me. Their bracelets are lovely and last a long time. Highly recommend the jewellery and the company.
