All of the staff have been so brilliant. I sold and purchased with Anthony Quirk and Co. From start to finish they have been friendly, helpful and supportive in every way.
Tayla my Sales Progressor has been outstanding, she has kept me calm when I thought everything was going wrong, made me laugh when I needed it and supported my decisions, such a lovely young lady but always so professional.

From the beginning Ella & Ella Rose kept us updated to date with all viewings & feedback. Once offers happened Emma & Chris had to work their socks off negotiating with very tricky buyers which wasn’t helped by the estate agent for the Jewish community who complicated things & made their job process so much more stressful than it needed to be. Emma & Chris shielded us as buyers from the stress caused as much as they could & it was so good to feel like we had people on our side, we will always appreciate this.
Once a sale was agreed the wonderful Jayden & Emma got on board. They liaised with other agents & solicitors in such a professional way & were always feeding back to us what was happening. We have zero complaints about this wonderful team as they work so hard to get you what you want. Keep up the amazing work that you do team & look after each other 🙂

Very Happy with the team at Quirk & Co, service very good and kept in touch with regular updates. I can’t recommend them enough, just wish I instructed them in the first instance as I wasted a lot of time with another local Agent.

What a amazing professional team I highly recommend Anthony Quirk Canvey island, Ella Nichol was on the ball would call me every week with marketing reports and a catch up . Emma Buckle the manager has done the upmost to get viewers through the door aswell as Ella ,nothing has been too much trouble even taking updated photos and presenting the property differently. This company has no clue about the price in Canvey. They list houses for 100k less compare with everything around 55 mile just to have more sales to grow revenue. How seller can get so fooled by those with no idea how to price a house. Had them around as well to see how much my house will be worth and believe me they are incompetent just like scammers. I am the seller and this is my honest review. When I even bought a house I didn't go through wi them used other local one. Now make sense this dirty business to pretend they are running.

I have found all the staff I have spoken to at Quirks very friendly and helpful .
I get regular updates from both Ella Nicol and Ella Rose.
I would recommend Quirks to friends when choosing an estate agent .

Quirk and Co helped us sell our property in Basildon, and we genuinely feel like we’ve made friends with much of the team. They do exactly what they promise, truly listen, and went above and beyond—even handling updates I’d have expected from my solicitor. Moving forward, I’ll only be recommending Quirk to family and friends!

I would highly recommend this estate agent if anyone want to buy or sell. Very helpful and friendly. Basically Ella-Rose Layton and Ella Nichol both are very quick to respond my Quiries.

This estate agent has just sold our neighbouring property and completely mis-advertised it to gain their reward… I’m currently in dispute both with the estate agent ombudsman and the environmental health as their advert was misleading…do not trust these people for an honest sale, whether you be a potential seller or purchaser. Have tried to discuss with incompetent staff, who dismissed me…not worth their fee percentage.

Honest review!!! I would highly recommend AQ especially Emma as let’s face it she practically runs the show, she deals with sales & sales progression as no in house sales progression but tbf when Lenny is about she is definitely on the ball…DO NOT use the solicitors they recommend gowlings are crap! I did most of the running around & chasing things up myself it was so stressful they didn’t co ordinate completions so I had completed on my sale but had to wait for purchase as 2 different solicitors…and they are based in Preston so your hands are tied!! Find a good local solicitor.

From selling our house in 2 days, to battling for us and winning with every obstacle that popped up, to supplying me with a comfy chair, some kind reassuring words and a diet coke the day before completion when I really needed it, Quirks simply are the best. Within 5 minutes of meeting the team I was more than happy to leave them in my house to conduct viewings on my behalf which took so much pressure off me. I felt like I had always known them. I even missed seeing them when my viewings were completed when the house was sold in 2 days. Absolutely amazing company that are there for everyone.
