Speaking to Lilly made an easy experience in arranging for an engineer to call to repair my Aqualisa shower. She was patient and understanding in me getting details of my problem across.

In less than 2 years the shower has needed three visits due to it not working (first was a couple of weeks after installation). The first Aqualisa last 9 years without problems, so we upgraded - big mistake. Our shower is one of the basic designs, but I feel over time they have become too complex. Will never buy another one. My TRITON JADE has lasted over 10 years...no isssues and a fraction of the cost. Whathappens after the gurantee runs out...I have to pay!

After a long wait in their call centre queue I used their call back service and got through to Wendy who was exceptionally efficient in dealing with my query.

Liam was very helpful when ordering my new shower. He was very clearly spoken, knowledgeable of the product, went through all the options and made the whole process very simple with no high pressure sell. I have had an Aqualisa shower for 14 years and it has been excellent.

Having left a message requesting a call back regarding my request for an engineer’s visit to inspect and service, if necessary, my Aquilisa Quartz shower unit, I received the call after a short break. The call was handled efficiently, with great courtesy and understanding by Shenai for which I thank her sincerely for her help. I await a call to schedule said service visit in the fullness of time and hope the outcome is dealt with in the same enviable fashion.

One of the most important aspects when you are dealing with a company over the phone is that when you are told you will get a call back, you actually get one and it is within the time frame you were given. This is exactly what Emily Dyer did and when I received the call my it was to tell me problem had been overcome. First class service Emily.

Quick and easy to diagnose and rectify with an agreed solution. Teresa via email and over the phone was lovely to deal with and was a pleasure. Great service.

Options available to me were clearly spelt out with no ambiguity.

Dino was very helpful and efficient. However the negative points were the wait time to speak to someone. It was almost 30 minutes, the other issue was the background noise and as someone with hearing difficulties this made it hard for me to hear clearly what Dino was saying.
