Teresa was well informed and made the process of ordering quick and easy.

Explained problem - New unit 1 day old too many unecssary question as my complant was clear. Lost contact and rang back and explained again.
If not heard of appointnent by monday to call bqck. Not satisfactory for a 1 day old unit - they should be contacting me, not me them Again.

Apart from making great showers, I can vouch for their after sales service. My shower controller was having intermittent problems. I passed this on to their support and was given two options: an engineer visit to fix the problem or they send me the part to install myself. I selected the latter as I knew how to replace the controller. Within a week the replacement was up and running. Overall I'm very pleased with their service.

Following the usual 'we are receiving a high level of calls' message I decided to opt for the recall phone message having waited in the past. The call was returned within an hour and my enquiry dealt with efficiently.

The colleague I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. She was informative and managed to make an appointment for me and answered all my questions.

I was surprised that my call was answered so quickly as I had tried a few times previously and there were very long queues.
Dino answered straight away and helped me with my repair query that was covered by warranty. The appointment was booked for just over a week's time, which again I was impressed with.
Overall a very positive experience and Dino was very polite and helpful.

I'm so impressed with Aqualisa's customer service. My request for a spare part was sorted out in 2 days with no fuss or hassle. Thank you so much.
