Outstanding customer service. I needed a replacement wall plate for my 5 year old Blue Quartz shower controller and Aqualisa agreed to supply one free of charge. It arrived within 3 working days of the call. I couldn’t praise or recommend Aqualisa enough. Thank you.

I made the phone call to Aqualisa and I had to wait quite a while before some became available to talk to me. Which is really annoying. It’s better if you can ask for a callback then it doesn’t matter how long it takes. But eventually got through to a guy called Tom who helped me out and got the problem sorted so I’m very pleased now.

My shower mixer is 18 months old and the thermostat cartridge had failed, I thought the warranty had expired but was pleasantly surprised to find it had a 5 year cover , the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, I was put on hold and Charlie came back to me and could not have been more helpful, 2options , engineer come out to install new cartridge or install myself, excellent service, thank you , good that this customer relations still exists,

I’m so happy that I purchased my aqualisa showers.the service and customer service is unbelievable. When purchase you need to register your warranty and that way you have no issues.pay for what you get. I thank you.

Liam was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. He used his knowledge of our previous purchase to advise us on what we needed this time.
After a diary mistake, on our part, we phoned back and spoke with Tom this time who speedily changed the date of our installation. Excellent customer service.

It was an easy efficient process to arrange for an engineer to repair my shower. Everything was well explained and followed up with emails.

I paid over£300 waited 3 weeks for an appt.
Engineer left the hse saying it was fixed.
The shower is still the same either very hot or cold.
I have spoken to someone who says they will come back soon I home

It only works during two showers, the "security" valve is broken again. 🤬

The representative Dino was very efficient and he arranged for someone to come and check the shower. I was also impressed with the call back service. I had a call back within 5 minutes without having to wait in a queue which is a definite plus.

You did NOT speak to me today, it was my son who contacted you. To put it mildly having to wait until 6 August is a long time for a shower that has stopped working, so can’t say I am impressed with the waiting time.

Teresa was well informed and made the process of ordering quick and easy.

Explained problem - New unit 1 day old too many unecssary question as my complant was clear. Lost contact and rang back and explained again.
If not heard of appointnent by monday to call bqck. Not satisfactory for a 1 day old unit - they should be contacting me, not me them Again.

Apart from making great showers, I can vouch for their after sales service. My shower controller was having intermittent problems. I passed this on to their support and was given two options: an engineer visit to fix the problem or they send me the part to install myself. I selected the latter as I knew how to replace the controller. Within a week the replacement was up and running. Overall I'm very pleased with their service.
